Death-kun is none other than Zeref. On top of that, Natsu must be over several hundred years old if they met before. I guess that explains why Frieds barrier magic kept Natsu and Gajeel from entering during the Laxus arc.

I wonder... he looks rather young. I wonder what relation they have... brothers, perhaps? Father/son? Did Zeref give Natsu to Igneel in hopes that Igneel would stop him. Zeref doesn't really look like a 'bad' guy, so he's been corrupted? Sealed away for a while... there are a lot more questions than answers now.

Blue Peaguses guild is more creepier than Halloween. Ichiya's voice is the same VA that does Aizen. At the ending was good with Erza's sexy armor and Racer and Cobra at the end.

I wonder how old Natsu is supposed to be? I just started watching the Laxus vs Fairy Tail arc, and remembered that Natsu was also trapped in the barrier the Master was, even though the runes only stopped anyone who was made of stone or over 80 to pass.

Now the Dark Mage Zeref knows Natsu as well and he's been trapped for hundreds of years.

So how old is Natsu, and why does he look like a teenager?

^Some people are thinking that Natsu and the other dragon slayers where actually picked up by the dragons hundreds of years back.
When the dragons finished giving them their training they have put them into some sort of stasis and they all awoken at 7/7/7.
Would explain why they are thinking that the dragons all vanished at one particular time.
It kinda explains aswell why the dragon are legends aswell then. Legends are not made after 10+ years.

This does create new questions; why did the dragons adopt/train Natsu and the others? Why did the Slayers wake up at the same time? Is it all preparation for some final showdown?

Hopefully, Zeref will shed some light on Natsu's past!

I'm not totally convinced that Mest is part of Grimoire Heart, he seems to have a different objective? While the dark guild is seeking Zeref, Mest is looking for "the island's secret" and seems to think Wendy will lead him to it. Unless, of course, Zeref was the island's secret and was meant to still be sealed away. That would explain Mest's shock at realising that Zeref was up and about.

On another topic, I've always had a soft spot for Erza:

Erza attacks Smiter's weak point for MASSIVE DAMAGE.

Yeah I'd agree about Mest aswell, He's might have something to do with the Masters son, or something completely different.

Yeah Davidos could be right, or alternatively, they could have been reborn so to speak, The Zeref we've seen sounds like nothing of who we've heard about for the past 200 Chapters. and I doubt Wendy could get full Dragon Slayer training in just a few years, she looks no older than 12, making her five when the dragons left so would only be training for a two-three years tops, hardly enough time to get enough training in.
