You know Ash is doing the "Z move stance" it is the new feature in Sun and Moon. In Gen 6 you have mega evolution. In Gen 7 you have "mega attacks." Oh? Ash is going to school. My guess to master mega attacks, and also because there is no league in Gen 7 right now.

Naruto movie 3 took place in a Hawaii like area, dress like Summer Break design, silly cartoony atmosphere, silly original characters, and yeah, just feel like we went from Road to Ninja to that. Hell, even the Naruto movie 3 teaser screams "This is just silly fun~"

The season on Unova, no ships, a stupid Ash, more fillers, almost a reset complete, hate Main female, In Sinnoh was in top 8, Unova he went back to top 16.

EDIT: also big reason people hate iris, she was an unbearably annoying jungle girl with an inflated ego that constantly mocked ash calling him a kid when he's been a trainer longer than she has and she doesn't know anything about being a good trainer, when misty called ash a kid, it wasn't out of stupidity or to mock him, it was to give him a wake up call and to teach him to be a better trainer, misty and ash learned alongside each other, misty was one of the big reasons ash became such a good trainer at indigo and beyond, iris on the other hand is an immature childish female companion that shouldn't have even been in the anime, they ruined her in the anime compared to the games.

Alright based off my first impressions:  I'm looking at Ash more than I am about anything else. I'm getting the sense he's going to get the Black and White treatment again, and ugh.. I hope that isn't the case otherwise I'm gonna flip because I already had to deal with that kitten I'm not gonna make that mistake twice. As for Lillie being there, She looks like an interesting character I'd want to know. The premise being around Ash going to school is kinda of a throw off to me, but I'm willing to check it out. That's about it. 

 

The best I'm gonna do is wait for a trailer, and the first couple episodes to make my full judgment. 

have fun lucky imo it looks like bw 2.0 so i won't be sticking around in fact im quitting the anime for good i was prepared for the red herring bs despite how much they pushed it i guess serena's feelings are just a shallow crush that was worthless in developing i bet the writers are gonna get massive hate this week they had to come out and apologize for xyz 12 because fan in tokyo were pissed that serena didn't get a dance with ash yeah the anger got that bad and i can only imagine the storm coming their way this time around and they deserve all the criticism they get

I hate to say it, but I think Fruitshipping from Yugioh Arc V has a better chance of being canon at this point in time

again, there was nothing remotely hinting at ash returning her feelings, yet now you want to call it bad writing. the whole plot of serena was to grow out of her crush on ash while figuring out what she wants her life goal to be, kalos queen, which she is staying in kalos to do, become kalos queen. all you guys are overracting acting like its something bigger than it actually is, none of the hate is as big as the majority of the misty fans that hate the anime, which still haven't come back because of serena, so please get off your high horse. even serena was outvoted by the fans and pokemon director on who would be a better bride in general(yes this actually happened as one of the promotional things for xy)

they chose misty over serena, they even chose jessie over serena. and there are stil plenty of fans around the world who don't watch the anime or like xyz but still prefer misty over serena. there's even fans of xyz that still prefer misty.

she never denied the offer to be taught to be kalos queen, since you can't seem to comprehend, what she said exactly is to let her finish her journey first, then she'd train under her, so that whole year she would be training under her to be kalos queen before the next time she competes. please get your facts straight and make sure you can back them up.  if you really think that you apparently need to rewatch the episode, with actual reliable subtitles. 

 

apparently luna and TXD are the only people here that understand that serena has to stay in kalos to follow her dream, and doesn't focus this whole debate over shipping preference. and I agree with what you said TXD about misty fitting more  as a returning character,like you said, she's the only one not following her dream, how exactly do you guys think being a gym leader is following her dream? her dream was to be a water pokemon master, which she has to travel and learn more to even achieve, which is why alola would be perfect for her, all the water pokemon and water. the only reason she is at the gym is she was forced into it by her sisters. sure she enjoys being a good gym leader but that doesn't mean it should take over her dream. all the other companions left following their dreams, so why is it fair for her not to?

I haven't heard anything about that, though there is a theory going around that the anime is gonna reboot completely after Sun and Moon. Which I don't see how.

Rebooting as in restarting from season 1 the same story ?

 

Did the page say anything about new characters and returning character/s to the anime ?
