I really, reaaaaally don't want Sasuke to show up. >_>

The last thing we need is SS moments.

But.... This is Kishi we're talking about, troller of all 3 fandoms...... For all we know Sasuke could save her and then get smashed to the ground by her the next chapter. <----------Not going to happen, but would be a good troll

OMG SS MOMENT

RTn trailers was not done by kishi.
Hinata confession we knew that one day she would confess but better in that way than in a private one.
About trolling NS at the begining of an arc is because he stop developing to keep the fans at hand.
When sakura's confession finished she proved that could love Naruto one day, she still loves sasuke but her love for him is not strong as before.

With all the panels Kishi is giving NH(although not romantic) I thought Kishi might give a SS panel(that is not romantic). For example, Sasuke interfering in the battle and attacking Madara or Obito (they used Itachi so Sasuke has a reason to hate them) which ends up saving Sakura. Which he didn't mean to. And even though that scene has no romance at all, SS would go "CANON" like crazy.

Since Kishi is likely going to put in a SS panel, I was thinking how he's going to put it in the story. But yeah, the above idea may be bizarre.

Problaby after the fight because sasuke said that it was not his business.
I'm expecting it, for good and finish the SS after this i predict sakura would not "love" sasuke anymore.
Because she didnt give up on him because of Naruto who said that he would bring him back but after hearing sasuke conclusion that is the same objective as obito and madara there will be no turning back.
I think even Naruto would realize this too.

I really don't think we're going to see any SasuSaku moments in the future, even if it is just trolling. Kishimoto has already trolled that shipping to the max with the Summit arc. I remember fans losing their minds at the idea of Sakura ditching Konoha for Sasuke. That idea was shot down quickly when the arc ended with Sasuke trying to kill her. Twice. Therefore, I feel that Kishimoto has already sunk the SasuSaku ship. The only thing that's keeping it afloat in the fandom is the ambiguity surrounding Sakura's feelings. That's why I feel that, if there is going to be a SasuSaku confrontation, it's purpose will be to give closure to Sakura's feelings for Sasuke. It may not even involve Sasuke physically being present at all. Perhaps Kishimoto will finally let us see things from Sakura's perspective, instead of having every other character tell her what her feelings are.

Exactlyyyy. I feel there's gonna be that one moment that'll push Sakura into realizing that Naruto is the one for her for sure and Sasuke isn't. She's gonna get the closure she needs with her feelings for Sasuke and I can't wait until then. ^^

Mhm! Though the moment may not even bring Naruto into it at all. It may just be Sakura finally realizing that the Sasuke she thought she knew, and I do mean her fantasy interpretation of him, isn't the same guy that they're chasing after. He has never been that guy. She needs to acknowledge that. There have been signs in the Summit arc and chapter 540 that show she's starting to realize this, but she still needs to have that final moment of closure. I'll be so proud of her when she does. biggrin.gif

Yeah. When the guy talks to her about the guy she loves, it's quite telling. She's realizing that he's not the guy she knew before, and I'm sure she's taking the fact that he tried to kill her into consideration. He's not the guy for her. The guy who has always looked out for her well being. Liked her big forehead. He's not Naruto. It's like her confession said. He's always been there, and he's not going anywhere. She went from finding him to be very annoying to actually possibly have true feelings for him. She shed tears upon finding out about his feelings for her, and she looked back on all unintentional trouble she's caused him because she truly deeply cares, and it's definitely not a brother sister thing. I think she's just unclear on her feelings for him because they didn't start off shallow and it progressed differently than her relationship with Sasuke.

And I mean, when it comes to Naruto, I wonder how that'll play out. Will an event make her see him in that light or will it be gradual?

Tell me a development he got on shippuuden then you say if sakura and gaara are on his level.

the only thing neji did on shippuuden was dying nonetheless.

I'm talking about over the course of the entire series, not just in Part 2. Restricting development to only Part 2 and not taking Part 1 into consideration isn't worth anything.

There is no ambiguity about Sakura's feelings for Sasuke. We know full well that she still has some romantic feelings for him (for example, chapters 474 and 540, on top of my head, I think). The only question is whether Sakura will get over her feelings for him during the course of this manga. I agree that there will be closure for SS. Personally, though, I have a hard time seeing what could possibly make Sakura abandon Sasuke now. She has witnessed him bragging about killing people, expressing desire to kill more, been asked by him to kill Karin. And as you are fond of reminding everyone, Sasuke tried to kill Sakura. Twice. Thrice, really, if you count their first reunion. Sasuke tried to kill Naruto and Kakashi, too. All this kitten from Sasuke, and Sakura still has feelings for him (chapter 540). I wonder myself what could make her get over him, if his almost murdering her does not? Karin get over Sasuke the moment he tries to kill her. Why did not Sakura? What possible event could be worse than Sasuke trying to kill her and her friends? Does Sasuke actually have to murder one of her friends for her to stop loving him? Because Sasuke could kill someone she did not like (Danzou) and that seemed to be still a-okay, as far as her feelings go. Any theories?

Sakura realizing that it was Naruto who complimented her in chapter 3 might make her realize her feelings for Naruto. I fail to see how it will make her feelings for Sasuke go away. She never remembers the forehead scene when thinking and reminiscening Sasuke. It doesn't seem that Sakura loves Sasuke because of the forehead compliment at all. So any theories?

Edit.

Further thoughts. Kishi could have had Sakura gradually loose all hope on getting Sasuke back. He did just this, driving Sakura to such desperation that she was willing to kill Sasuke. Why not continue this by having Sakura get over Sasuke after he tried to kill her in the summit arc? Why instead have Sakura reaffirm her faith in getting Sasuke back (and promise to stay out of the way when the boys have their fight)? Where is Kishi trying to go with this all if his intention is NS? It would have been so easy to have Sakura gradually loose all hope on Sasuke, make her do "Karin". Why not? Why not have Hinata get over Naruto after 450? Why continue to show she still has feelings for him? Why make her be by Naruto's side in this chapter 614? Why have Kiba and Neji both mention her to Naruto? Where is Kishi going with that, if the intention is NS?

What I'm trying to say is: Kishi had his chance to sink both SS and NH for good and leave the road open for NS. Why not do this already? Just for the sake of mystery?

Hope this post is still on-topic. If it is not, I could move it to the debate thread?

Just rereading the manga, and I was thinking about how Naruto was sad but undeterred after Neji's death. If this is his reaction to one the Rookies dying in his arms, then he's in pretty good shape to fight.

Naruto's sad, but he hasn't lost his nerve.

So this should show Obito that any other death is not going to rattle him...except something happening to those closest to him. Kakashi and Sakura, who just happen to be throw together, literally, in this chapter.

I think there's foreshadowing here for something seriously bad to happen to either of them.

If Obito is aiming to wound Naruto in such a way that he can't get up again, he'll after to go after Sakura, Kakashi — or both.

Because there was still like 200 more chapters and we wouldn't want NH and SS readers to stop reading with so much to go, now would we.

Please, I pray to whatever heavens above that Sasuke does not show up for a VERY VERY long time. It has nothing to do with SS, he's just been the center focus WAY too much this year, and his story is always and forever boring to the very core.
