patiently waiting for a Superman game.
Well you'll have to wait for a long time because cough no one cares about Superman cough. XD
Seriously now, it's quite difficult to make a game about someone who's so powerful and be able to show that power and make the player actual feel like they are controlling that power.
Honestly I don't think we're going to see such a game for at least a couple of years. Only if they take shortcuts, like having a section where you can go all out and then having a section where you're limited.
Or you can just have a game where you can fly through rings.
I don't suppose anyone here does pc gaming?
I do, although I need to change my system to able to play the newer games.

Which I've told you - time and time again - is dangerous! There will never be consensus, son, among those you have helped to ascend. They will all differ in their views of what it means to be free. The peace you so desperately seek does not exist.
These men are united now by a common cause. But when this battle is finished they will fall to fighting amongst themselves about how best to ensure control. In time it will lead to war. You will see.

You know, since this is an NS debate thread, why not start with something leaning a bit more towards NS like:
1-How would the Narutoverse be if NS becomes canon (meaning past chapter 698 or past Pain Arc or past whichever point you choose)? With Boruto there is a tech world of sorts, but how would you see the Villages and Konoha if NS was canon (like, what would the other characters do and what would be the goal after the point of the story you chose continues)?
2-How would you expect their relationship to unfold and what stories would you add to further develop them individually and as a couple?
3-What problems do you think NS would go through on their relationship? How would they overcome them?
4-Would you like to see other pairings? If so, how would they support NS?
5-How would you develop closing of the Naruto story around NS?
1) Hard to say. Many of the plot points after Pain were kind of independent of NS, but if it were up to me:
a) Give Sakura more fights
b) Bring in actual new antagonists for the characters to fight instead of focusing on resurrected villains
c] Orochimaru doesn't come back.
d] Probably build up Kaguya more. I like her in concept, but she was pretty forgettable with the way she was executed.
e) Keep Kushina's backstory, and I like the twist of Obito being Madara, though I would have drawn out that revelation a bit longer
f) I don't think the world would change much externally. If there was some new politics, countries or technology being explored, I would at least introduce those elements in the original series before exploring them in the next generation series.
2) I think we should have just gone to Sakura fighting Sasuke on that bridge (as in actually fight him) then Naruto coming to save her. I'd imagine an argument would ensue, and somehow Sakura would discover Naruto complimented her forehead. I could see their relationship not changing much after that, but Sakura is more secure about her feelings and we don't have to put up with false confessions afterwards. It would be a nice touch if Naruto would actually tell Sakura about his mother after he meets her. I think the relationship with Naruto would help Sakura become stronger in order to HELP him, and Naruto would still try to save Sasuke, but no longer burdened by the POAL. I like the idea of it being fulfilled unintentionally.
3) I don't think I would really explore "problems" in their relationship. I might have instances where Sakura gets mad at Naruto for legitimate reasons, but he wasn't doing anything to break a marriage.
4) ShikaTem. That's really about it for me (most other series just have one endgame). I might imply others, but I sure as hell wouldn't list them like products the way Kishimoto did.
5) I like the idea of making NS a couple before the ending, so it wouldn't get too much attention by then. I'd have Naruto take the Hokage position after the war, and in the conclusion SHOW the changes he made to the system. The other characters will have either conquered or working out their issues, dead characters would be honored, and Sasuke, though wishing to repent, WILL have to pay for his past deeds.

Well, thank GOD something like this was done!!!
While I am appreciative of the thought, it is kind of a too little too late kind of thing. Of course, while the series may lampshade it's own stupidity, doesn't mean the fanbase will.
I still hate how popular this series in the states and yet, I see many of fans complain about things that seem odd. Like I saw today a list called "15 characters that almost destroyed their franchise" and Karin was put on this list with it citing "her obsessive behavior over the course of the entire series nearly destroyed her own character and the story. While she did eventually get over Sasuke, we kind of wished it was sooner and not later."
I was like what? So, you are complaining that Karin's obsession over Sasuke was toxic and problematic, but Sakura's obsessions over Sasuke was not...or heck, HINATA's obsession with Naruto DID destroy the series to the point of massive retcons and damage control all throughout. Speaking of Karin, she was the ONLY girl who let go of her obsession for Sasuke because she actually wanted him to be happy. She still loves him, but let him go. If that is not true love, then what is? Sakura and Hinata are far more obsessive in not letting go and the latter actually causing mass destruction across the board.

How the kitten would Karin's obsessive behavior destroy the story anyway? She's not one of the main characters. It's not like Naruto's obsessive behavior over Sasuke which could potentially destroy the story, or at least severely damage it, I guess. You could argue that it did. But to say that Karin could have is idiotic. Do people say that Harley Quinn's obsession with the Joker destroyed the story of Batman?
That is seriously so dumb that I can't even believe it exists. Can you post the link to it?

you know what the sad part is? Hinata was not even RELEVANT enough for her obsession over Naruto to be brought up enough to be considered annoying. Not even in the anime's filler padding. It was the Fans' OBSESSION WITH HER that was kittening annoying

KARIN nearly ruined the series? How? Most of her scenes with Sasuke was comedic relief. When Sasuke stabbed her, she was out of the picture for a little bit, and SOMEHOW, she moved on.
I feel they know Hinata ruined the series and they're looking for someone else to blame.

Its called double standards. The girl that was only like that for one arc nearly ruined the series because they don't like her. While the girl that was obsessed with one guy with no personality beyond that who in order to get with the guy she wanted the anime team had to destroy the rest of the story for it to happen; that's fine because we like her.

You know what I would like to see? South Park making fun of Naruto.
You know what would be better? If they made a series that at first appeared like a Naruto-clone, but slowly they start adding the unsettling implications that the series end on. And it keeps going and going until it's flat out staring you in the face how disturbing all this is and how it's being marketed towards kids. And then people look at Naruto and Boruto, and see the same crap being played out with a straight face.
Kinda like Gundam IBO if it was more overt about it, rather than hiding behind a narrative that goes out of it's way to make it appear the protagonists are more heroic than they actually are.
Just making your day a little brighter.

If anybody can do it, it's Trey Parker and Matt Stone who are my comedic idols.

so many things shown to me at once in this scene. Shows to me who Sakura-Chan truly relies on, who she trusts with her life, how she KNOWS Naruto will protect not only the village but her especially at all costs. Shows her heart slowly transitioning to Naruto. It shows that Naruto will always be there to protect her and that she never has to worry about anything once he's alive, shows how they are linked in every way. soulmates, meant to be together. Heaven and Earth:)
I wish I could have the powers of Superman so I could save protect the world under God's will.

The big thing for me is how, even though Sakura knew that there was no way Naruto could have heard her, and in fact he probably didn't, Naruto actually shows up. It would have made such a huge, unforgettable impact on her.

I'm still wondering why in that panel she called for Naruto but when the fodder nin confess to her , the image of Sasuke appear on her head ...
An out of control man needs a strong woman to control him.
And even a violent woman will become soft and tender to the man she love.

She also was the one to embrace him in a very loving manner despite Hinata confessing her love to him.
I also would have liked to see Sakura find out her fondest memory of Sasuke was actually Naruto. Maybe that Alternative The Last doujin should work that in.

With the way things turned out, with Boruto's dad continuing the same system and such, it actually makes him and Madara look like the correct ones.

4-Would you like to see other pairings? If so, how would they support NS?
5-How would you develop closing of the Naruto story around NS?
1: Hard to say specifically so we can only speculate But if done my way the 699-700 chapters would be very similar to what was posted but with changed to reflect the better pairiings and the kids not being carbon copy clones with parental issues.
between 700-new series and the last shippuden movie would deal with the rise of Kaguya as the main villain as Madara would have been the final boss in the regular series, the Movie would be her return and defeat at the hands of team 7
new series would deal with the kids and their quest to build on their parents legacies while also building their own legends
2: I would expect the relation between the two to continue much as it did in the series only more affectionate. these two did not come together over night but over a long patient time, So I expect that to continue but in the vein that they are now in a relationship.
3: The problems every relationship deals with especialy when one of the pair has littler experience with realtionships. to me that would be a core concept of the relationship. Narutos attempts to ""Woo the girl"" while sakura patiently tries to explain to him that he doesn't have to Woo her any more hes allreayd won her. but because Naruto being the person he is insists he has to ""Do it right"" he keeps trying to be the best boyfriend ever this leads to numerous situations where he goofs up and causes problesm but they resolve themselves sin the end.
in many ways I see Sakura taking a lead in their relationship while simultaneously remaining on the even balanced keel that was established between them, as she too makes mistakes . Also being the beauty she is I expect numerous marriage proposals and be my girlfriend/boyfriends directed at the both fo them. and the resultant comiedic problems such things cause
4: yeah Sika tema Inochoji Kiba hina among others Especially though Sasuke and Karin
5: Mostly end with them being married original series, end oif the new series sees them together in old age helping each other or evne more dramatic Naruto gone but his legacy live son through the kids and Sakura as Hokage who has done what Orochimaru and Tsunade never could actually discovered an effective immortality jutsu by advancing her regeneration ultima to its next step. No mere genjutus to hide her age she LITERALY does not age and is almost impossible to kill.
So shes been watching over generations of Leap nin while remembering Naruto always.

I like that because of the Tsunade parallel No one would question that she surpassed Tsunade, but it would be pretty bittersweet as her life would follow the same kind of pattern as her master's except it would last a lot longer.
