Naruto to Boruto : Shinobi Striker sold 10,685 copies , i don't know if it's good or bad ... gonna need Namaesh wisdom to decode that data.

A little over 10k isn't great for an IP that's been around as long as Naruto and that has had many successful games.

We don't need Namenash to decode this to see if it's good or bad for this (most of us have some knowledge of whether a video game is a success or not in sales, I hope); though no reason not to tell her this info since it add more to the data of how much this franchise has collapse. A million copies sold means a game is a success as long as the game budget or expectation weren't absurd. 50-500 thousand is normally considered good for the average game.

Ninja storm sold 64,400 by its first week, and its Road to Boruto dlc sold 3 million sold by November 2017.

 

10,685/64,400=.166

So this game sold about 17% of what the last ninja storm game made in its first week. From what I recall Namenash theorize their only 20% of the customer base left; so, this further proof or it is even shrinking,

Not sure of physical copies but for digital copies, I keep getting recommendations for this game because not only my friend(s) playing it but it managed to land on the Best Seller page (I don't know how). Til this day, there isn't any digital copy shown for My Hero: One's Justice, and from what I'm hearing for those who purchased the Japanese version that came out 2 weeks ago, its way better than the Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm series, gameplay-wise.

Til this day, there isn't any digital copy shown for My Hero: One's Justice, and from what I'm hearing for those who purchased the Japanese version that came out 2 weeks ago, its way better than the Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm series, gameplay-wise.

Are they still not counting digital sales? Looking at My hero sales from that same link Yyubie provided on the PS4 it sold 21,218, on what ever NSW it sold 32,294. Over all that's not bad.

 

It the first week we still have to wait a month or more to see if it truly flops or not. But looking at the fact that it sold over 6 six times less then the last storm; its not looking good for it.

 

Best sellers for sites like steam can be effect by what games you have in your account, what games your friend(s) have purchased, what's new, and what is hot this week -10,000 in one week would push it to best seller on steam for a while-.

I'm starting to think all the people that talked bad about one's justice were just trying to make it sound bad to people so it wouldn't compete against shinobi strikers. I mean how even remotely does one's justice look bad by the trailers and gameplay already shown? for goodness sake you can even have field destruction and even run up and battle on the side walls of the buildings. that is some really good game design right there, on the level of budokai tenkaichi series field destruction good, possibly better than it with effects of the buildings. I definitely want that game when I save up enough money.

As for new games coming out later this year or next year, guys, I'm most stoked for Mega Man 11 (with a demo going LIVE tomorrow on XBOX Live and Playstation Network, after appearing on Nintendo Online) as well as Devil May Cry 5!

If I'm getting anything, it may be Dragon Quest 7 for 3DS. The PS1 version was something I always saw at the rental place but never picked up as a kid. Been into DQ lately, so I figure maybe I should give it a go.

As far as this month's concerned, I just got Dragon Quest XI yesterday and am now waiting for my pre-ordered copy of Spiderman to come in.
