Hey guys can someone explain to me Menma's real personality? I quite didn't understand if he is good or evil, from what I heard after Naruto defeats him his hair turn blond again. I know that he was controlled by Tobi but I also heard that he was a shinobi hunter or something like that :/ I'm kind of interested to know everything about it since I kinda made a short AU Menma x Sakura doujin Thanks in advance!

It's hard to know for sure, but the movie shows he becomes evil because he is being controled by Tobi. But if you take the family pictures in consideration, he acts in a similar way to Naruto, plus with an family, so I supposed he would have an similar personality to Naruto, but slightly more level headed because of his parents influence.

This is problem if Menmas was naruto in AU's world and he was evil why no one did nothing about him, since he's blonde and it's shown in the family book, i still think that he was good and when tobi did the genjutsu he was possessed.

Shadow did reply to that question, he says that Naruto was normal around his parents but he was obsessed with power. Why would he kill Jiraiya if he was normal? Tobi only take over his body in the end.

Really? if that's true... it make me feel somehow disappointed, to think that Naruto counterpart is such an two face that acts like an nice kid around his parents, but is an maniac on the daily basis...

Well Kishi did say that he made them opposite to what they really are in the regular world, so Naruto acting that way doesn't surprise me at all.

Actually, it's pretty genius. Think about it, Naruto always puts on that happy-go-lucky expression around people when in fact, he's actually wallowing in despair. Menma would be similar, but also the opposite. In any case, both of them have a dark side to them, but Menma chose a different path than Naruto.

We don't have any detail about the movie itself since we haven't seen it yet, but I think it only makes us biased to believe a part of the review from 4 people, but refuse to accept the things we don't like. That's exactly how NH and SS behave.

Well, the point is, they're both two-faced. But each took a different path. Basically, they're the same and not the same at all.

But it was said that it contains 10 minutes deleted scene in the DVD. The problem is we won't know since we saw the movie from DVD first. It was in NF. If there is deleted scene, you think it's possible for RtN? It is possible like perhaps explaining more in-depth of Menma.

Yes, she did watch Road to Ninja. There are about five NaruSaku friends I know who are from Japan. One of them (known as Bobby) tends to have her blogs linked to this forum a lot. Speaking with them, from Japan, is limited since I we have to translate our conversations. There is an Indonesian NaruSaku forum who has a lot of members who are amazing in support and also someone from China said they found my NaruSaku doujin on a Chinese NaruSaku forum site and asked to translate it into Chinese for them. I was blown away by the amount of Narusaku love all over the world.

But back on topic, I am looking for more detailed answers for you but like I said, it takes time.

No promises. I try not to bother them too often just to not come across as obsessive or overwhelm them. They seem to treat pairings differently than how western culture does. This could just be my speculation but that is what I noticed when talking to pairing artists from Japan.
