Kushina:
a) Kushina (about Minato): The first time I heard that, I made fun of him because he seemed so flaky and unreliable. I thought there was no way he could ever become Hokage.
Naruto: Why not?! He was really strong!
Kushina: Yeah ... but I was young and didn't know any better so I looked down on him. Until a certain incident, that is.
Kushina admitted that she looked down on Minato as her first impression of him was negative. And that she felt distain for Minato's dream of becoming Hokage. But she eventually changed her mind.
Sakura:
a) Sakura ( about Naruto): He always gets in the way of my love life. It's like he enjoys watching me suffer and seeing me feel bad. Naruto doesn't understand one single thing about me. He's just annoying.
and
a) Sakura: Hokage, Hokage ... that impossible dream of yours .... I don't want to see it crushed!
Sakura had a extreme dislike of Naruto because she misunderstood him. She looked down on him and even when she began to genuinely care about him, she still called his dream a impossible dream of his, just like Kushina did with Minato. It's true that the entire village thought so but here's why we call still use it.
Kushina:
Kushina: As for women ... well, I'm a women so I really don't know what to say but there are only men and women in this world so you'll want a girlfriend someday ... Just try not to pick a weird one .... Pick someone like your mother!
I don't even need to waste my time on saying why Sakura is like Kushina. Sakura is similar to Kushina and she said for Naruto to pick someone like her. He already fell in love with Sakura.
Kushina:
Kushina: He looked like a splendid ninja then. And he made me believe he could make his dream come true. And more importantly, he changed me. This plain, red hair that I had always hated had brought me my soulmate. It became the Red thread of Fate to me. And ever since then, I liked my hair ... that was when I fell in love with Minato.
Kushina changed her opinion of him because he saved her and became the first person to compliment her red hair that she was teased for and had hated, consequently falling in love with him.
Sakura:
Sakura: Even if I chased after him using my looks, my body proportions are below average. The only thing above average about me is my forehead. I hate it.
Sakura shared similar insecurities about her forehead which she was always teased for as a kid, just like Kushina was with her hair. It's true all girls have insecurites about how they look but Sakura and Kushina were the only ones who were highlighted or shown to have them. This indicates more similarities.
Sakura: Geez ... I'm not a fairytale-believing kid anymore ... as if that would ever happen.
Naruto (disguised as Sasuke): You're forehead is so wide and charming. It makes me want to kiss it. Haha, just kidding. That sounds like some dumb thing Naruto would say.
Technically, Naruto was the first person to compliment Sakura's forehead. She didn't know it at the time, she's thought it was Sasuke. It's possible she fell in love with Sasuke then or at least grew stronger feelings for him because that Naruto was being nice to her, causing her to believe that Sasuke had a nice side and maybe actually liked her somewhere inside him. It's arguable if the Bench Scene will be brought up again in the future but if it is, it would again enforce the MinaKushi/NaruSaku parallel.
Sakura also did change her opinion of him and now believes he can become Hokage.
This is why MinaKushi can be counted as a NaruSaku parallel. Sure it's not as obvious as ObiRin or JiraTsu but you can still see the similarities. I don't think it's desperate to say it's a parallel. The facts are right in front of our faces, especially after the 6th movie.
