That movie makes no sense at all.

One moment they are all in the town, searching, and the next moment Naruto and Hinata are like all alone for one whole week. It's like they copied and pasted many scenes together and never thought about the storytelling.

It's referring to the fact that she's dead. Sometimes you'll hear people saying talking about their late spouses or family members, it just means that they've passed on. So "my late mother" means "my dead mom"

I went back to the store that had a ton of road to ninja DVD copies. All but one are gone. I want to say it means something...

Also I read a review of the whole movie. I was cringing so hard. I'm still having trouble believing this is real... It's just SO, so very bad...

That movie makes no sense at all.

They couldn't have made it anymore obvious that they didn't give a kitten. They knew people would come watch the movie no matter what garbage they put out, because of how it was marketed as the last movie and being canon to the story.
