Jokes aside thought I really do hope they address this scene. If they don't then I'm guessing it was just a moment of utter relief for Nami. She was thrilled to see everyone, but concerned since Sanji is gone. That or Oda just wanted to leave us hanging. I mean by the look of the things Sanji isn't in any danger, aside from having Big Mom as a mother in law, lol.

I'm hoping they address it too. It would be nice to see. But I'd bank that they don't. It's pretty much she's relieved to see Luffy again, and feels bad because she couldn't do anything to help Sanji even after she trained for 2 years so that they couldn't get separated, so she feels like she failed. Luffy has always been her emotional anchor and the most important person to her, so she ran to her future husband him because she was in need.

No I was speaking generally that Nami isn't obssessed over a man she thinks is Handsome, even if he treats her like crap like Sakura did. And no Nami's only loves are money and Luffy!!!!

They're talking about which one their kid is going to look more like. And as you can see Nami thinks it'll have his spiral eyebrows. So Sanji is pointing at himself in excitement.
