If I'm not mistaken, togashi doesn't use asistant.

Why the ending is controversial?
I only read first volume.

He needs to. :( All of these Hiatuses are going to cause him to end his series extremely early and then we'll never know the full experience of Hunter x Hunter. All he has to do is write it out and let Shounen Jump hire assistants for him. It would make everybody's lives so much better. For instance, Ohtaka, famous for Magi, hired an assistant to draw her spin off series Sinbad no Bouken. Togashi should seriously consider this.

Well she ends up with Rita and that's what's so controversial. It's not that they're a bad couple (actually they were my otp) but her relationship with the other one (forgot his name darnit) was too....good. Like, it was completely believable, sweet, and honestly one of the best couples in all shoujos. And the main character ends it out of NOWHERE. Just for Rita. Who, btw, begins stalking her because he felt bad for sleeping with the other girl, and FINALLY realizes his feelings. Look, this ending is a hot mess but I'm not mad about it. As long as the main character is happy then I'm happy.

 

 

 

Oh, I forgot to tell you guys! The best shoujo is Destiny Climax, hands down. It's so bad that it's good.

Why would they be upset? They fell in love with her shallow obsessions at the start, which the ending Sakura displayed. I've said it for years, there's no such thing as an SS fan that is also a Sakura fan, they're all just rabid fangirls of the pairing.

Off topic, but I just finished the campaign for the master chief collection (I know I'm slow, but I love taking my time), and I finished playing Halo 4's campaign after a long time and once the ending hit I knew it was coming. Just like the first time I sinked into depression, and I'm still thinking about it.

I read somewhere that the reason why togashi doesn't use assistant because he feel assistant will not draw the emotion just like what he intend it.
I think that's why his art is unique.

I like it and its not because of any of that perverted stuff, that I could do without, its just the whole concept of the virtual reality and the fighting system, I'm a gamer and I thought it was kinda cool there was a series like that, I just asked because the outfit of the girl in the gif looked vaguely like asuna's outfit while trapped in sword art online xD
