Actually I have a feeling that a lot of other shippers went to see it just for AU Hinata and AU Sasuke. The advertisements were a red herring and the fans took the bait. Somebody on NF said some other fan spent $700 to watch the movie, presumably somebody from Korea who flew to Japan, and was extremely upset for the lack of Sasuke.

There's but this is not majority we got a lot of reports and spoilers about the movie and there's still people going to watch the movie, they went to see mroe hte interation with naruto and his family and second the plot between naruto and sakura.

and the most important of all why u would pay for a movie to see interactions about your pairing, and on a shounen manga, this is the most retarded stuff in this world.
if i were kishi i would've been very upset that my fans does not like the plot that i spent days to do.

Why are you making a big deal out of nothing, Naruto didn't chose not to tell Sakura, Kakashi stops him to avoid the Uchiha clan being bad mouthed plus they could not trust Tobi, Sasuke's action was more reason for Konoha to hate him since he went against his brother will and join a criminal organization. Itachi also asks him not to tell anyone. Rockies decision to kill Sasuke, didn't Sai told Naruto why Sakura couldn't tell him the truth? You are making a big scenario where they aren't one. Keeping secret can be level has not been completely honest with someone because you are trying to protect them from hurt while hurting them at the same time, but
Sakura trying to kill Sasuke and Sasuke close to killing her is negative and is very ludacris to level NS with SS in the negative aspect.

It could be the marketing they did that got people so hyped with the movie. Even though it wasn't something they expected, it sure got a great review, claiming the best Naruto movie by far. That's a lot of people who went to see the movie. That said you think the movie could change some of the aspect of the audience view. I remember he gets complaints about this and that, but the movie is like telling us the audience where he's taking this, and I don't just mean the pairing aspect. I mean in general. Sakura is the main heroine, the importance of friendship, characters' traits (ex: Naruto loves Sakura), etc.

IDK if this was already said but apparently that scene where Kushina was angry at Naruto wasn't because he didn't want Sakura to eat with them:

Why did she get mad at the scene in their home, when her hair was flying and she yelled "NARUTOOOOO"?
Well, Naruto knew that his parents are fake. He didnt want to eat whatever Kushina cooked so naruto locked and stuffed the door with furniture only for Kushina to blow it away. We then have Kushina in an angry voice saying YOURE GOING TO EAT IT RIGHT? Minato tries to calm her down but kushina still gets angry. Naruto gets scared and eats....hehehe

Okay, now I think I can put together more of the first sentence Kushina says, my ability to follow spoken Japanese is much weaker than my ability to read it- especially if the speech is fast, like when someone is angry. I definitely heard kono- here, and Sakura. I was pretty sure I thought heard a ne- question marker at the end of the first sentence, but that was it that I felt sure of. The only thing in the second even faster and even more enraged sentence I caught was the word for 100- hyaku. My guess is, (and I could confirm it if someone could post the link to the show where that clip aired again so I could listen to it again) there is a ni somewhere in that first sentence. There was more to the sentence than just kono (ni) Sakura ne, maybe knowing the set up will help me piece it together more throughly. But if there is a ni in that sentence a reason Kushina is so angry at Naruto, is because she thinks he is trying to seduce Sakura in his bedroom, in his parent's home. No wonder she is so enraged, she thinks her son is up to something sleazy- trying to seduce a girl. Her rage is directed at Naruto, not at Sakura at all, so she sees her son as the guilty party, trying to seduce an innocent girl. Sakura's reaction is interesting- she just stands there with a kind of stunned expression. Heh, Naruto's reaction is telling, he doesn't deny what it sounds like Kushina is saying he was planning on doing with Sakura, in fact his reaction appears to support that the thought had definitely crossed his mind and he was freaked out his mom knew it.

Narunarunaru is much more fluent than I am though, I'm sure she/he can get the whole segment quickly.

i think probably he asked if she could sleep on his home ofc we know that she has a house but she has no parents and they are the only ones who arent part of a genjutsu.
