Because people are sometimes shortsighted and idiotic and will do anything to make their argument seem more valid.

My first thought when I saw it was "how can I be sure this is real?" Best policy is to assume rumors are false instead of assuming they're true.

For all I know, it may be the actual guy. But it may not be.

 

Hm, also might make a difference that the guy uses Google translate to communicate with anyone who doesn't speak Japanese...y'know?

Of course. I don't agree with it being posted publicly, either. But I know the fandoms are petty enough to take this and twist it way beyond proportion. I could see them claiming we're twisting SP's arm to get NS material.

I prefer to think the best of people, but I've seen enough pettiness from fandoms to know this stuff happens, too.

He's a fellow Tumblr user who's rather active in the NaruSaku tag- or subdivision, if you so wish to call it. He's also had a conversation with the man with whom others have conversed about the film and has shared it with us on there.

 

However, for the sake of not letting things go further, please don't go after the post and share it elsewhere. The content is pretty much what other participants in this thread have discussed, so you're not missing much, either way. Thanks for understanding! :)

Please don't take this the wrong way, but like LadyGT, Chatte, and others in this thread have stated, it's better not to let things spread further by discussing and/or sharing this post more. Long story short: Several NS fans were able to talk to a man who's allegedly the composer for the film, and he vaguely said that there might be things that we'll enjoy in the new film, pairing-wise. Essentially, the content of his conversations is what everyone on here has been discussing, so you're honestly not really missing much. 

 

I hope you understand our position. Sorry! It's harsh, but we're really trying to make sure nothing goes wrong for the poor man and that there won't be backlash against our fandom. :(

True. He has to keep things vague if he doesn't want to get in trouble for revealing too much.

 

And, yeah, for the sake of everyone's sanity, I wish they'd remove it. Not everything has to be made into an anti for rival pairings, especially when there's no way to really confirm it's validity.

On that note, without being as rude as possible in writing this, I have to wonder that even if we truly did get in touch with some who's involved in the development of the film/series, what impact could this contact possibly have? The film has already been produced, and the development of the story lies with someone outside the studio, with whom we haven't spoken. It's not like we're actually influencing the story. On that note, he wouldn't have spoken with anyone if he didn't want to. Those allegations are completely unfair. 

 

Of course, I still fear what implications these conversations could have for the man's job, if he's still truly under contract, not to mention his safety.

 

I really hope this all dies down as quickly as it started.

Well most of us aren't in Japan so how much of an impact could it really make? This probably isn't the real-deal since, but at the same time this person hasn't said anything really spoiling, just more teasing. Idk I'm really skeptical about this.. anyways I hope this person actually starts blocking people, because there's going to be those stupid people who will actually harass him/her.

 

Well, here's the thing: If he truly is who we think he is and there are records about these conversations, which there are now publicly probably, it could jeopardize his job, because he's probably under contract. Granted, I'm far from being in the entertainment industry, much less in that of a different culture; however, it's reasonable to assume that such stuff exists universally. Of course, like we've all said, including yourself, the least of it could be that he becomes a target, which is just as problematic. I really fear what the consequences might be. 

 

Errr...I believe a topic change is now in order. So...What do you guys think has inspired Kishi's new clothing designs for everyone? They're interesting, but they seem to be somewhat a departure from what we've seen the characters wearing heretofore. I wonder what triggered this?

Agreed. You're right. Could the mods delete the last 5 pages or at least back to when we were guessing what the next batch of sketches would look like? Or nah? Everything was fine until someone showed uploaded that pic .-.

I think it spammed well over 20+ pages

 

It doesn't really matter, those pages will fade into the background when we find something else to talk about- oh look a penny!
