Just look at the comparison when Hinata trip/stumble over a rock between the anime and the manga ... it's like NIGHT and DAY. In the manga she fall just like that with her face kissing the dirt , but the anime .... lol , they make her run for few seconds first and then she fall kind of a bit slow motion like a princess fall , her face not kissing the dirt and the animation of her hair it's like hairworks option/settings turn to max on Tomb Raider game (if you ever play that game you know what i mean).

An out of control man needs a strong woman to control him.
And even a violent woman will become soft and tender to the man she love.

Weird part is even with those changes, Sakura is still front and center. The heroine. The one Naruto develops and has chemistry with.

Yeah, what they did to Neji was awful as well. Not as awful as what they did to Naruto and Sakura, but still awful. Neji is the best non-team 7 character of the K11 with the exception of maybe Shikamaru. And they kill him over this crap? You didn't even need to kill him to put Naruto with Hinata. Instead you should have killed Sakura. That way, Sakura would not have been ruined, and Neji would still be alive. It's a win win. Plus you can then put Sasuke with Karin as he should be. It's a triple win. These people who caused the manga to be ruined over Hinata hated Sakura anyways, so why not kill her?

No. The better answer should had been the other Hyuga that was in the vicinity... Hiashi! That way, Neji would've been spared as a sacrifice plus add a dramatic affect on both Neji AND Hinata (ahem, the actual Hyuga drama that Masashi added in during the Chunin exams? Hello, stupid editors, that would've fill the hole instead of adding more Hinata scenes!). Plus Naruto wouldn't falter unlike the unnecessary but suddenly canon NaruHina scene the editors were yapping so Neji can play "cupid", which wasn't in his role in the beginning. Masashi killed off Shikaku and Inochi but why not Hiashi too? He was definitely need to go.

Also, the cupid thing was so nerve-wrecking. However, it was one of the SP workers who suggested it. There was proof on the official Naruto blogs back when the ending came out. One of the workers wrote that they can't stand Neji because he attacked Hinata, especially on her boobs (in a filler no less) so they gave him the boot. When the Neji and NejiHina fans found out, they. were. pissed.

I hate that scene where Hinata slaps him. It's not even in character for her. In that situation, Hinata would be the one despairing while Naruto gives her a, almost certainly verbal, slap. Hinata isn't assertive. She, at best, exercises passive resistance. She would be way too worried that the slap wouldn't have the intended effect to even consider doing it to Naruto. It's something Sakura would do, though! Everything that is Sakura's must be given to Hinata, and then Sakura must be made to be as PATHETIC as possible. This is an admirable way to treat a character that you based on your frickin' wife.

I hated this the most. Sakura is a tsundere and when she acts like one the fandom hates her. But if Hinata gets turned into a tsundere they love it. Kitten hypocrisy.

Yeah, that is how they were with Genjutsu Hinata in Road to Ninja so it shows how hypocritical they are, since it also blatantly shows they basically, BASICALLY hate Sakura because of how she is with Naruto in the past, even if she got better when she started to see she was wrong about how both he and Sasuke were.

Which FMA? Because FMA ends very differently from FMA: Brotherhood. Watch Brotherhood, it's much closer to the manga and has a much better villain and ending.

I wish I knew too. Though I'd go with Brotherhood if you wanna go with canon following the manga, Ken

It's funny that you mention this because it is like saying the only way for Hinata's scenes to be pratical is merely to push NH to the forfront. This only proves that the ending of Naruto was merely a pairing fodder propaganda.
From a story standpoint, and you mention this quite a few times, all of Hinata's scenes could easily be removed or replaced with someone else and the story would still work. Sure, slight changes here and there to make it flow better, but otherwise nothing would have been lost. Hinata herself is an impratical character. Her only purpose to the Naruto fandom is to be Naruto's love interest. She has nothing to do with the Sasuke's plot, nothing to do with Naruto's plot, and she had nothing to do with the plot in general. She doesn't advance the plot in any way and in fact does the extreme opposite of slowing the plot down. She forces the plot to hit the brakes hard.
Alot of people believed that, without Hinata, Naruto would not have survived Pein, but we know this is a garbage argument. How many other battles has Naruto survived without Hinata needing to be there? Exactly, so to assume that Hinata's presence alters the story that much is giving her far too much credit than she deserves. Her presence and marriage to Naruto didn't stop Toneri nor did it stop the events in the Boruto movie. It didn't stop anything else from happening in Naruto's life other than being with Sakura. The only thing Hinata stopped was Naruto being happy with the real girl he wanted to be with. All it stopped was that Naruto had redirect his focus to "save her."
Hinata is an impratical character and we knew this since day one. Kishimoto even knew this since day one because he didn't involve her with most of the conflict. The only reason why he added her more was because he knew they were making her be with Naruto in the end (After all Naruto the Last in production 2 years before the manga ended), so they forced his hand to give her more focus that wasn't necessary like Neji's death and such and again copying everything Naruto has already done with Sakura and Sasuke. How covenient that all of HInata's scenes are just rehases of everything Naruto already experienced with Sakura, Sasuke, and several other pinncale characters like Iruka.
Relook at some of their "scenes" and you notice how hard Naruto regresses and rehashes old plot points that he already overcame just so Hinata can "save him" for them. Example: the whole Neji dying thing. He already experienced that lost when Jiriaya was killed and he got over it with the help of Iruka. He wallowed and it was meaningful because it was like Harry losing Sirius the only close thing to a family he had left. Funny enough, both were the main character's godfathers. Then they had to pull the same kitten with Neji and Hinata so Hinata can have a quicky "meaningful and romantic moment" with Naruto.
I can almost hear the melotoned voice pattern in Naruto like "Oh no, Neji died. I can't believe I lost so much. Oh hey Hinata, thanks for reminding me that death is not so bad and that their death was meaningful. Not like I learned this several arcs back."

Ya if anything hinata made everything worse. Reminds me of back in part 1 when they fought garra and Sasuke give this speech about his comrades and two arcs later he's the complete opposite same thing with Naruto and jiraya. Also shikamaru helped naruto to with jiraya.

Hinata was used as a plot foil in the Pain arc, and Neji was used as the plot foil in the end.

If Hinata died in the Pain arc, nothing in Naruto's story would have changed. But because Neji died, they use that as the excuse for pushing Hinata into Naruto. But really it's the same — Neji's death should have no impact whatsoever on the future trajectory of Naruto's life. Both art plot foils.

Imagine if Sakura died. Or Sai. Or Kakashi. Or Iruka. Just like Jiraiya, these people had a meaningful positive impact on Naruto's life. The flashbacks are of memories where those people interacted with Naruto.

However, for Hinata, there are no flashbacks with Naruto because they literally never interacted. And for Neji, the only flashbacks are from the chunin exam where Naruto went after him for being a jerk. Sure, Naruto won and changed Neji's mind, but being an obstacle in a fight is a far cry from having some kind of teammate bond.

Early in the manga, Neji is shown as being aloof and supremely skilled. More on Sasuke's level. Neji was shown to be fierce, aloof, and complex in his hatred of his clan yet loyalty to it — but by the end, he was homogenized to a squeaky-clean version of himself, a formerly fierce shinobi who was 'happy' to die for Naruto, the ninja who was now so far above every other flipping ninja alive.

Neji's death was a waste. If he'd been kept in his part one character, then he should have been caught off guard and disappointed in himself. Not dying the way Hinata tried to kill herself in the Pain arc — by defending a nin who didn't need to be defended.

That reminds me of a dragon ball pardoy where cell kills 16 and Gohan has no reaction to it but has a reaction to piccolo breaking a nail and goes ss2.

Right road to ninja hinata is better cause she has a spine and little miss useless princess doesn't, heck I'd take road to ninja sasuke instead of the whiney psycho.

Guys, I watched FMA for the first time ever and I am in love with the Couple EdWin.

Ed and winry trump any pairing in naruto as does roy and riza and huges death is the most memorable and sad everything fma does is better than naruto. Watch brotherhood is much better and closer. You actually feel for these characters from scar, greed, Ed, Ed's dad, Izumi, who is a great character and a better teacher than Kakashi. Oh spoiler you will hate tucker if you haven't gotta there already and I see sasuke doing something like that to sarada.

SP also probably, stupidly, thought there would be brownie points won for "shock factor" with Neji's death due to his popularity (he was always ranked higher than Hinata, usually by several slots).

And too bad that they failed to realized how PISSED OFF they made a lot of fans of Neji's as well as fans of the story.
