I've read it and like it so far. I just hope that the author actually finishes it.

Truth me told I'm working an entire thread about this which will be up later today, but I'll say this...I think it's really sad when a Movie only Character who almost looks like her has more personality and development then the supposed heroine/ Naruto's love interest herself. Like look at this:
I mean it's literally night and day Shion as a character feels like there was more thought put into it along with her design. What makes it even more sad is that Hinata had an entire movie dedicated to her, and yet she barely did anything. Yet, Shion again who looks almost like her was able to do more for herself as an overall character and in terms of power. I think the other funny thing is the moments Naruto and Shion have in the first Shippuden movie actually feel more genuine and intimate than any of the moments he had with Hinata in the last.
When a movie only character has genuine intimate moments than the so called canon love interest, you know you messed up big time!!

He will but he needs a lot of time since his updates are almost monthly.
Plus he is putting a lot of dedication into it to make sure it's done well :) So it could take a bit of time.

What I find so LAUGHABLY inconsistent, is that Sakura is acting like Naruto having loved her means something here when it was from HER OWN MOUTH that said Naruto only saw her as a prize to be won by one upping Sasuke. You'd think because she said that, She'd respond with "No he was just confused. He didn't know that it was Hinata he loved and wanted all along". Why the EFF is she blushing and acting embarrassed like Naruto's former love for her is a big deal if she called it a rivalry game and led him on DESPITE knowing it was a rivalry game. that is what I want to know. One of the Hinata worshiping pedo-clown faction of SP's many writing inconsistencies.
And as well, pro-enders claim that everything in Boruto is approved by Kishimoto himself and so everything in it is canon. Well, if an NS moment comes along or say a moment where Naruto admits he is miserable with Hinata and still loves Sakura some how....would they consider that canon?
Imagine in Boruto if NH and SS did get divorced and NS becomes canon. Now, I am not saying we would be happy about this, but of all the pro-enders that say "it is canon because it is approved by him" would they continue to say that if it was something they don't like.
I am going to say "No" and then say it is non-canon or "it is filler"
Posted 14 February 2018 - 12:15 AM
Yup they either rage and pretend it didn't happen or they pull the "it is only filler card."
For instance if any Hinata fan saw that moment we are discussing right now, they would say, OH NO Sakura seems like she considered Naruto's feelings before and Ino is saying Naruto used to be crazy about her? Must be filler, after all Naruto can have no other first love then the sexy, perfect titty #^&* material waifu Hinata Hyuga-megami-sama.
And actually yeah, I too WOULD like to see NH and SS divorce and NS becomes canon. not as a consolation prize or anything and that would not make me crawl back to the series at all. But I would love to see the fanatical NH and SS shippers rage, cry tears of blood, scream in denial and shout it is not canon and I would just say, If it has Kishimoto's seal of approval then it IS CANON, isn't that what all of you said it was when your couples became official? "RESPECT THE CANON!!!!"
Again that would be a highlight of MY LIFE.

I'd probably start watching Boruto if that happened. That or an alternate ending. Though SP sucks so that will probably never happen.

I think they would probably have done it already if it wasn't so impractical. Like how is that story arc even going to happen? There was so little attention and respect given to Sakura at all. But if they are going to have her divorce Sasuke then she's suddenly going to have to be the center of attention. She's suddenly going to have to have a spine and be amazing. But if she is so amazing, then how did this kitten happen to begin with?
Then you have to consider that it would affect Boruto a lot. He's supposed to start to grow and understand his dad as a part of his crappy character arc. Him leaving his perfect, angelic mother for this horrible woman who blew him off to be with a murderer who tortured her is not going to help with that at all.
Yeah, there's no way it can happen.

I could see it happening if:
A: Hinata was killed or gets sick and passes away.
B: Sasuke dies in battle or goes rogue to the point where Sakura doesn't follow him.
If they both were to die, you could have Naruto and Sakura be there for each other, and then Naruto realizes he still has feelings for Sakura and Sakura realizes she has feelings for Naruto. Though an alternate ending is a lot more plausible because if they were to do a N/S and S/K ending, you could still have Boruto and Sarada.

The thing is, no one really wins if you do that, The NHSS fans lose for obvious reasons, and we lose because they're only together as a result of who they really wanted to be with being dead. Because it's not like they are ever going to have Naruto say "Wow, I'm really glad Hinata is dead, because I'm a lot happier being with you." He's already enough of a scumbag as it is. So there's really no way to avoid this problem.
They should just retcon everything in a few years after the show is cancelled.

Second Bold: Then you have to consider that it would affect Boruto a lot. He's supposed to start to grow and understand his dad as a part of his crappy character arc. Him leaving his perfect, angelic mother for this horrible woman who blew him off to be with a murderer who tortured her is not going to help with that at all.
Third Bold: Yeah, there's no way it can happen.
1st Bold: Isn't that how Hinata happened? "Impractical. Can't be done. Story arc." Words Studio Pierrot don't live by. Wasn't it impractical every time Hinata got a "scene" in the story at all? Kishimoto gave Hinata very little respect and attention, but all of a sudden became the center of attention. Gee, how did that happen? Hinata suddenly got a spine and became amazing. (At least they think so.) And you're right, if Hinata was so amazing...how did The Last and Boruto the movie even happen to begin with? For someone as powerful as Hinata, Toneri should be one-shotted by her. I mean, if Himawari can take out Naruto, who is pratically god, in one hit imagine what an experienced and more powerful Hyuga princess do to Toneri. Naruto stolen by other Ootsusuki clan? Pfff...child's play to Hinata, right?
2nd Bold: Why should Naruto give a kitten at that point though? He doesn't care now when Boruto tells him he is not home. He doesn't care about missing his daughter's birthday or treating Boruto like crap because Boruto somehow became smarter than him. What you really need to ask is "why would Naruto care now when he never cared before?"
3rd bold: Where have I heard these words from? Oh yeah "NaruHina can't happen because the story doesn't support it." Talk about final words before we got put in front of a firing squad by Kishimoto, Studio Pierrot, and all the pro-ender fandoms. NaruSaku gets shot to death in what appears to be a brutal execution. The pro-enders laughed and said serves us right while the rest of the fandom called it injustice for charging us with crimes that they deemed wrong.
I have learned to accept two things in my life after the ending of Naruto.
1. Nothing is ever impossible. No matter how unlikely it may be people will always manage to acheive it. Whether good or bad.
2. People only believe what they want to believe and not what is actually true. This goes for politics, fandoms, and more.
You are right though. It won't happen. Not because it can't happen, but because they don't want it to happen. They rather have Naruto murder Hinata and take his own life than have a divorce. Look at Analyzer and what she said about it. She is okay with Kakuzu ripping people's hearts out, Hidan sacrificing people in a religious satanic ritual, and even dismemberment, torture, child porn, and child experimentation,.....but apparently, Naruto getting a divorce is just "too dark" for children to read.

Bold I would be happy but not because NS became canon on a whim. But because I want to see all those NH/SS fans triggered and rage like there's no tomorrow. It will feel so good to drink their salty tears of anger.

I don't know if I would call what they ultimately did "impractical". Really, it wasn't. Kishimoto tried to do some pathetic moments in the war arc to set it up. He however, failed to actually sink NS at the same time, so it ended up looking horrible. But it wasn't impractical. It was just bad.
After the Pain arc it was clear that Naruto was supposed to be with Sakura. But let's say that he can't. He needs to be with Hinata. Is this something that is impractical to do? No, there are a lot of ways you could do it. You could kill Sakura. You could do something like the Land of Iron arc except better, and actually resolve it in a way that he can no longer be with Sakura. You could actually make it so that it looks like Naruto wants to be with Hinata now and not with Sakura. Etc. Just because they didn't do any of that doesn't mean that they couldn't.
It wasn't impractical. It was just bad.

The problem is up until the end, it was building Naruto and Sakura even with her saying that stuff to Sasuke.

I just don't even understand _why_ she said those things. She knew it wouldn't work, because she knew he didn't care for her from what happened before. All it could possibly do is make her look weak, which is what Kishimoto wanted, apparently. Because it in no way builds SS. It, in fact, kills it completely. So all Kishimoto wanted to do was destroy her character.

After reading the ending and seeing the pairings, I screamed "He stabbed her in the heart!" Like that was so blatantly showing that he didn't care about her. If that doesn't scream symbolism and the final nail in the coffin for a relationship, I don't know what does.

And she held Naruto's heart, literally, in her hands. It's actually hilarious now that I come to think of it. You had extreme symbolism in both cases, and got a result that made both of them meaningless.
