The odds are not in their favor. The fabulous negativity that majority of the Naruto fandom are spreading is definitely a sign that SP's Goddess Hinata is not at least likable. And certainly not the NH spawns. Even Kusomoto shows that he doesn't care about the spawns when he admitted that he forgot to give them the miraculous byakugan.

The marketers are idiotic if they believe that Australia, Mexico, and the US are going to become gold mines of revenue that will assure them they made the right decision. Sure, they'll gain some profit, but much of the Western fandom gains its anime media through piracy as you said. Perhaps that's one reason for propping Sasuke up for the next film to gain back some of their lost members.

Not even the amount of Sasuke's and beloved Kakashi's screentime can save the Naruto franchise

Where are you from, if I may ask? The poster itself doesn't hurt me. What hurt me is how they make a scarf as red thread replacement. Red scarf like that is my fav and now everytime I see red scarf, pffft!

I'm from the Philippines.

The only red scarves that I care for are Mikasa's from SnK and Ayano's from Kagepro. I can no longer sympathize for Hinata like I did once during the Chuunin arc where she is the underdog of Hyuga Clan.

Ok, so Road to Ninja made $18.3 million at the box office in two months. It made it 29th place in overall movie rankings for Japan in the year in was released. The Last currently stands at $10.7 million for its first month. It had a better opening weekend because of the hype and its connection to the finale. Does anyone here think it can surpass RTN's $18.3 million by the end of the month?

 

Also, finally got around to reading sukedachi nine. Gotta say, might just get me hooked.

The Last currently stands at $10.7 million for its first month. It had a better opening weekend because of the hype and its connection to the finale. Does anyone here think it can surpass RTN's $18.3 million by the end of the month?

 

Also, finally got around to reading sukedachi nine. Gotta say, might just get me hooked.

So long everyone was told that the movie is no good and since people do pay attention to reviews, it may already backlash. it doesn't help that the top 2 are movies that most likely won't go away for a while due to one being popular and the other one just being good in its right. Those two could not be any more different than The Last. Maybe it's just me but the fact the movie that was going down ended passing The Last is saying something.
