I've missed these guys so much. The war was cool and all, but the Straw Hats are the best part of the series.

Luffy appears to have grown in more than just strength. He actually gets that Hancock likes him, he just doesn't care. For Luffy to have realized that means he must be able to understand people better.

Nami looks adorable with long hair, and her skills with weather tech would put the best meteorologist to shame. It seems her breasts have gotten even larger, though. What are they now, G cups?! Oh well, at least she managed to pull off an adorable marshmallow hell reunion, as all manga characters must at some point.

Can't believe Zoro was one of the first back. How did he find his way? Did Mihawk teach him how to read a map?

Usopp looks pretty badass! His new weapons are cool, and he actually appears to have some muscles. I wonder if his sniping skills have improved?

Ah, Sanji. It seems nothing can kill your love of women. Ivankov most be disappointed.

Wow. Brooke's a huge star with the guitar now. I wonder how that translates to combat abilities?

Hmm, is Robin running from the government, or Dragon's revolutionaries? And her breasts, as well, appear to have grown at least a full size. Can't help but wonder if Oda-sensei has spent a bit too much time with his super hot wife this past month.

Wonder how much Franky will have changed, other than his buzzcut? I'd wager he's probably a full cyborg now, instead of only on the front. Ooh, I hope he's managed to copy Kuma's mouth beam. That'd be so cool.

Chopper doesn't seem to have changed much, either physically or mentally. He's probably got a whole slew of new medical techniques, though. I wonder if he's upgraded his rumble balls at all?

So, now we just need them all to meet back up, reunite as the true Straw Hat Pirates, and beat seven kinds of hell out of the pretenders. Which I hope goes very quickly, as they are ugly and annoying.

This is how a time skip should be done. There was build up to it, there was actual reasoning behind it, the characters have all grown significantly, and the world didn't stand still while they were gone. Gah, I can't wait for the first adventure in the new world!

I sorry, but I can't afford to think that your reasoning is that "if a comment is not of my liking, I will despise it", that doesn't sound right to me. Are you asking to everyone to like the series, otherwise they have no right to comment about it here? Man that is called being opressive.

Yeah Nami does look pretty darn hot with her longer hair, but still think Robin looks better without her fringe.

Poor poor Fake Mugiwara's they are going to find that even with rookies with 200 million beli on their head, the Original and improved mugiwara's are going to walk the floor with them. Have a feeling even their weakest member Nami would gain a award of over 100 million now,

Damn it can't wait for next week, not only is Naruto back, looks like Luffy and co are going to get serious (Though with 600 two weeks away wouldn't surprise me if Oda doesn't unite them all till right at the end of next week or the week after. Heck eve Bleach ended on a cliffhanger.

Well, it's your right to be upset but that doesn't mean you have the right to say "you hate the series?? get the kitten out!!" that sounds rude IMO. Yeah, i think Luffy was to harsh to Boa. I'd like to see her as part of the straw hat crew but i don't think it will happen. One thing puzzles me though, did Zoro lose his arm or something? He has a cloth on his arm but it looks like the sleeve part flaps.

Those Straw Hat wannabes are really annoying and ugly. Soon the REAL Straw Hats will reunite and kick those impostors asses. Hopefully real quickly because I don't want to see a long dragged out fight between the real ones and fake ones.

Speaking of the time skip, do any of you think that it might be possible that Toei Animation might make this time skip into a sequel series to the first half of One Piece like Studio Pierrot did with part 2 of Naruto and called it Naruto Shippuden? If so, then what are your reasons for believing this and what do you think it would be called?


I think it might happen because that way, the One Piece anime would have a fresh new start with a sequel series showing the events of the "part 2" of One Piece without making an overflowing amount of episodes in the current series. As for what it would be called, I'd probably go with "One Piece: New World" since the Straw Hats intend to set sail for the new world once they reunite.

I wonder if Luffy got a new Gear form during his training. Maybe he created one that combines the properties of Gear Second and Gear Third with all the three types of Haki to create one hell of a form. Maybe it would be called Grand Gear. I also wonder if Zoro learned any of Mihawk's sword techniques. With those techniques and the Three-Sword-Style, he'd be one hell of a swordsman.

One Piece is looking good as usual. Looking forward to the next chapter.

That's one of the big debates, original spoiler pics made it appear that Zoro did lose him arm but the actual chapter pic is inconclusive, it could be a trick of the light or he's really lost his hand, the bandana tied over his arm is nothing new you'll notice that's where he ties it when he isn't fighting, but when he gets serious he ties it on top his head, why I don't know not like his hair is long enough to come in the way. It probably wasn't as noticable before because he wore a T-shirt now he wears a shirt.

Edit: Ofcourse i'm alse expecting the first words Robin saying to Luffy is: 'Hello Luffy-Kun, I spent the last two years with the Revolutionary army, met your father, got married, now come here and give your new mother a hug. Oh and in six months you are going to be an older brother'

Fake Luffy is unconcious, everyone in the area is astonished

Robin finds Sunny, and Franky is there.
Franky is bald. His hands are very mechanical.
Robin and Franky enjoys their reunion
Robin tells him she met Rayleigh and others already.
Only Luffy hasn't shown up at the bar yet

Sanji asks the fisherman to sell him fish cheap
The fisherman is agitated, it seems he had made some grave mistake..
He tells Sanji a young man with three swords wanted to fish because he was bored,
and the fisherman told the young man to get in the boat and wait for him.
Sanji asks if it'sa green haired man with 3 swords, and haramaki around his waist
Fisherman: Yeah, that's correct! And he's one-eyed! You know him?
I told him to wait on the boat, but he got on the big ship next to it and fell asleep
I yelled out to him that that's the wrong ship, but he won't wake up.
The coated pirate ship started submerging... they went to fishman island!
Sanji is muttering about how Zoro got there first, but he still ended up getting lost

That's when a commotion started at the harbor
Bubbles started bursting on the surface of the ocean, and a broken ship floats up
Crowd wonders if the coating failed, or if it was attacked by Sea Kings.
Then they notice someone in the ship

Zoro sheathes his sword
Zoro: I got on the wrong ship!!
