I'm not sure of your point other than this smells like a "but Sasuke" argument to my complaint about Obito. I still don't understand what you get out of that other than it sucks for both of them.

I've already said that I have concerns about that because even is Sasuke was going to win, no one will recognize his claim so either Kishimoto will protray him as willing to be a tyrant or he will have Naruto legitimize Sasuke's claim (which I think he will). Certaintly not look forward to that.

lol. Well, you said so yourself that the true meaning of the term "Kage" used to be about being a true leader and the strongest. Now, it has become basically a joke where every character has reduced it to nothing more than a title with no merit.

We could make Hinata Kage and still make sense now.

Also, you're right on the second part, but since people can't shut up about Obito I figured I balance it out with all the Sasuke bull since he pretty much just copy-pastes from all the other villains. I still don't get what you get out of always talking about Obito. XD

They have gunpowder dude, what they dont have are firearms, some of the inventions were tweaked towards ninja utilities.

Instead of a cannon we got a big shuriken thrower.

They have eletricity and walkie talkies but doesnt have TV's for whatever reason.

They know printing and use that and moreover they have industries like chips that Choji eats but they are still on a feudal world.

Hmm.  That's an interesting thought.  But I thought Kishimoto's point was not that ninja fought because of the tools they had, but that they fought because their priorities and attitudes were wrong.  If Naruto manages to reset them, why would they fight no matter what new tools they got -- like technology?  See what I mean?

They have TVs. We've seen them in the manga at least twice.  Obviously they're not a common household item, though.

The idea of gun powder come naruto spinoff novel about sasuke. In that novel, people find equivalent for black powder name blue powder, and drug.
The blue powder allow them to create mines and gun. It make small ninja village in there goes bankrupt, make them a crack dealer to make a living.

Ninja is the major military power who can manipulate chakra(magic) to do their bidding. But it take long time to produce.
Samurai can manipulate chakra too, but it only limited to weapon form.
Then there thug like ghato men. Who cannot use chakra manipulation and only rely on katana.

If we look the progress of technology in naruto. Naruto technology much more advance comparing to hashirama era. And kishi limit the usage of technology in this manga and we never get in depth in that aspect.

I think there are other chakra user people who can use it power like ninja in this verse.

If part 3 truly happen and it's not only naru vs sasu. I expect that kind of thing will happen. Kishi will open other region. No ninja can fight naruto & sasuke right now.

Me and my friends (who happen to be fans of the NARUTO manga) agreed on two things.
1.) There will be a part three.
(Since the strongest villain of the earth is Kaguya, enemies could come from the other galaxy)

2.) Sakura is going to get some kitten power-up.

Do you think this hypothetical Part 3 could last a while? As in years?

 

I figured if there was another time skip that it would only cover the final Naruto vs Sasuke arc. That maybe after the war Sasuke takes his group and goes his separate way for one reason or another and after some time he would meet Naruto again for the final fight.

 

If that was the case maybe "The Last" could be a movie that takes place in between that time skip. But then again, wasn't the movie promoted as a story that goes "beyond the original manga story" or something of similar words? If that's the case then there won't be a Part 3 since the manga would end it's story before the movie takes place. I really don't know, it's all just so confusing at the moment.

 

As for Sakura, yes, the moment Kakashi got a Perfect Susanoo I smelled Sakura's incoming power up from a mile away. As for how could she get stronger, well even I'm a little lost on that. Well, since Kakashi got a power up within Sasuke's spectrum of abilities then maybe Sakura gets one within Naruto's spectrum, maybe she could temporarily absorb some energy from the tailed beasts. She's good at chakra control so maybe she could handle it even if temporarily.

The narrator in the teaser said 原作の、その先へ which can be translated as "Towards the continuation/ follow up/future of the original work". So it wouldn't really nullify the possibility of a part 3, on the contrary. But I don't think a part 3 would last for years. Maybe only one final Arc.

Oh cool, thanks for the clarification. Now I believe even more that "The Last" might take place in between that time skip for Part 3. It could be a prelude story just before Part 3 starts, that way Kishi can keep using those same new designs in the manga.

 

About Part 3 only being the final arc, I agree. Kishi has been talking for years about how he's finalizing the Naruto manga, so I can't possibly believe he would start developing another story that could last 300 additional chapter. That would be...
