It's odd to assume Naruto doesn't suspect Sasuke of foul play. Thing is there are still 2 enemies that haven't been dealt with. Madara and Obito.

With the juubi incapacitated Madara and Hashirama can start, and magically Obito and Kakashi can return to the battlefield.

 

Thou having Sasuke not doing anything until the Hashi/Madara fight is over and Obtio is handled with is a bit odd.

If this happens thou and Sasuke will play a part in defeating the last 2 baddies then whatever Sasuke is planning can offer Orochimaru enough time to move whatever pieces he wants to move to help himself or Sasuke.

 

But honestly I would like to see what Sasuke is planning.

I think that "Sasukeee-h" from Naruto was having to do with his intentions. Maybe Naruto felt Sasuke so that's why he screamed like that...

It's so and so.

The Rasenshuriken/Amaterasu arrow combo was more an accomplishment for Naruto because he synced with Sasuke's attack. From the start of the chapter Sasuke was still his arrogant self and didn't want to work with Naruto. This combo may come in handy later in a TNJ. The combo was foreshadowed by Madara that peace can be achieved if yin and yang work together. And Minato's ridiculous name mentioned light and dark.

Anyway guys, for the first time I actually agree on something with SS fans [no intent of bashing!]

So, if you remember, back in Part 1, Sakura was the first one who anticipated what Sasuke was about to do, she knew he wanted to leave to Orochimaru, yadda yadda.

And now she has the same face when Juugo and Sai question his intentions..only that without the low-self esteem expression...

I believe she knows or somehow suspects what he is about to do/his goals, etc.

I believe that also Naruto suspects on Sasuke about something. When Sasuke declared that he wants to become Hokage, everyone (even Sakura) reacts a kinda bizarre. Everyone except Naruto who had a face which expressed doubts and seriousness...

That's why assuming Tsunade kept a part of Katsuyu with her, and Orochimaru reveals Sasuke's plan then sakura could find out.

Itachi knew him best and then Naruto and Sakura afterward. Kakashi knows him aswell pretty good but not sure if he knows Sasuke better than Sakura.

So in part 1 the ones who could've guessed what Sasuke was planning would have been:

Itachi > Sakura > Naruto

but right now

Itachi may have yet again implanted the idea of becoming a Hokage in Sasuke, and knew that it will contradict with Naruto. But Naruto may not be able ( because of the 3 way deadlock) to defeat Sasuke alone, and here comes Sakura.

But SS fans are kinda correct. She does suspect something.

Not only Sakura suspect but even Sai, who reads only books in order to undestand human bonds LOL

 

Sakura isn't the only one who suspect him but even Juugo and Sai. And I'm pretty sure that also Naruto does the same. His serious face during Sauske's declarationa about becoming Hokage is an image that is valid than 1000 words.

 

Well, let's see... Anyway, I don't think that it's some positive SS hints in future... The preview from WSJ is really dark...

I agree with the lust for power. and maybe more. All of team 7 saw in Sasuke something different.

We dont know what she might be thinking.

She could be thinking about Naruto and Sauske fighting to death.

Been traveling so I haven't had a chance to properly post but I'll put it like this: A storm is coming.

 

Sasuke is playing everyone for a sucker and soon his true plans shall be revealed. It was obviously building up towards it ever since Juugo's comment about Sasuke a few chapters back. This is actually the music that went through my head in the last pages, the beginning part at least:

 

 

I don't know shy some people don't like the prospect of Sasuke going dark again, it's in his character and I absolutely love it. Sasuke's way of doing things have always been on the dark path, even when he thought he was imparting justice.

 

I'm telling you this is Sasuke's foundation for the start of his Uchiha Empire. He's so bad he doesn't even mind using other people evil songs for it:

That's an interesting take in regards to Sakura noticing Sasuke's darkness. I just get the feeling certain others might conclude that just reinforces how Sakura is Sasuke's true love or something. There's always gotta be an SS spin in anything that relates to what Sakura thinks of Sasuke.
