I think:

 

- Madara makes an appearance
- Obito having some more (and hopefully last) flashbacks
- Some Kage action

- Kakashi finally back on the battlefield

- and maybe even the Sakura-Rin parallel (IF it's suppose to happen, I think now or never...)

-Rin paralleled with Sakura

-ObiRin paralleled with NaruSaku

-Kakashi returns to battlefield

-More Obito flashbacks

-Madara makes his move

- I'll join the club ~ "Sakura=Rin" I mean if it actually happens, I want to be a winner!

- Obito is wounded, vurnerable and exhausted from the extraction.

- Someone will attack him, Obito that is.

- Kakashi will come back. He did say he was ready after all. Besides, this is Obito's climax.

- Obito's gets a realization.

- The alliance will be relieved that Obito is defeated, but then Madara comes back in the picture.

- And Sakura will think emotionally and supportive about Naruto again.

Wonder how they forgot he was there. How could anyone not notice it when it's Hashi vs. Mada? They make a mess out of it.

1. Unfortunately, I think Tsunade will die. I don't forsee Orochimaru surviving, either. (Though I have to say, I would LOVE LOVE LOOOOOOOOVE to see a spinoff omake of Tsunade and Orochimaru being wary buddy-pals. With Jiraiya, cuz HE AINT DEAD SHHHH.) The Sannin will pass and it will come full circle: Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura will take their place. Also, if she dies, she's reunited with her king Jiraiya in the afterlife. YEAH!

 

2. Tentatively hopeful for Sakura to have Slug Sage Mode. Have we ever had many flashbacks to HER training? It may be Kishimoto being, uhh, Kishimoto but he could also be saving one. Point 1 could tie into this, with my Queen Tsunade being critically injured and SHAZAM! Sakura activates and truly takes her master's place.

 

3. Hinata thinks about something that isn't Naruto. Like ... I don't know, her lunch or something.

 

4. Shino is slighted yet again somehow and sullks.

I'm not so sure about Tsunade dying at this point. She was literally cut in half and STILL lived, personally I kind of think Kishi was going to kill her off but changed his mind, I can't think of any other logical reason why he would give her such a gruesome injury only to survive it.

I agree. Kishi doesn't need to kill Tsunade off to let Sakura take her place. There's room for everybody.

I figure Tsunade will just retire and die as an old lady.

The Kyuubi knows the truth about the Uchiha clan? I guess I'm not sure what truth that could be.  Can I ask where you read this exactly?
