Like I said before, hopefully the spin-off will have zero romance in it. And this isn't part 1 Sakura so I don't know where you're getting all this "Sasuke-kun" from. Have you notice her care for people has vastly expanded? :)

Hopefully in the spin-off the romance will be non-existent and the spin-off will focus heavily on Sakura.

Sakura's character revolves around romance and Team 7, remove that and shes empty, her lifelong goal is not to surpass her master in medical ninjutsu but to stand as equal to Naruto and Sasuke so what will be Sakura's spin-off about ?
Even tough I like Sakura more than the other 2 there's not a lot to make a spinoff about her. There are other characters more interesting than her.

I personally would like a spinoff about Tobirama, brilliant inventor of ninjutsu ruthless when needs to be but at the same time a noble character and the only grey good guy, one of the few characters I really like in this manga, old school shinobi in general are cooler than the brats we have right now.

I would like Kishi to explore more of the medical world and how dark it can really get considering they know the human body so well and they know ways to shut it down. Give Sakura a power up through gaining more knowledge about medical ninjutsu and have her train her Byakugou where she can utilize it in ways we never imagined, because in team 7 she's the real definition of hard work. And have her become such a great medical ninja that she gets calls from different villages for her services and most of the times on her way to the villages she gets attacked by ninjas because they know how great she is and she'll make a great asset to their village. Also, no romance please.

You know, if you don't like the idea of Sakura having a spin-off, you can simply ignore it and talk about something else Sakura related.

Not going to lie I’m not a big fan of Sakura since quite some time her character has been disapponting too much altough I admire your devotion for her, she's just not that interesting to me but to each his own. I think tough if there was to be a Sakura's spinoff Kishi shouldn't be in charge.

If SP had that same quality of animation for every episode and toned the fillers I might reconsidering watching the anime again. But the chances of that happening are low lol.
