I have a feeling this movie will create chaos among NH and SS fans. But hey they will argue it's filler it doesn't count, but wait Kishimoto wrote the story of the movie so it can be count as canon material.

The best argument they can use is probably that Hinata isn't herself, so their so-called chemistry is no longer.

I'm gonna laugh if Hinata thinking she's Anko goes and licks Naruto's cheek like the original Anko did in the Chunin exams. Naruto would have a spaz attack and don't even get me started if Sakura was there to see that.

Where did you get the information about K11 acting as different people (Ino=Hinata,Hinata=Anko)?
And anyway,if Ten Ten,Lee and Neji also appear,why weren't they in the poster? Somehow,i think Sasuke will have a bigger role in the movie than Konoha 11,but my intuition could be wrong as always...

I also read somewere that on the first poster they look as if they changed personalities with the Akatsuki(Ino=Nagato,Hinata=Hidan,Shikamaru=Deidara) instead of Konoha people.Did that make any sense?

Interesting, I didn't think of that. It is a genjutsu after all. So, I don't know what's the real situation. Next week, I hope for a clearer plot.

Well, I just better listen to the official synopsis then, and I'm glad about the cast being just Naruto, Sakura, Minato, and Kushina. All canon characters and no randomly created characters to steal the thunder from the main cast or some girl trying to get into Naruto's pants.

Ino totally has a Nagato look to her, and Shikamaru's sticking his tongue out like Deidara, I don't see the Hinata/Hidan at all though

TV Tokyo's website list the cast as Naruto, Sakura, and Minato as the cast. TV Tokyo is who airs Shippuden in Japan. They also have the story info on that page (page is in Japanese). It's a very valid source. The fact that they left out even Kushina from that list makes me think Kushina will just be a support role- slightly disappointed about that

Yeah, I kinda wanted Kushina to take more spotlight than Minato in this movie considering he already was a main in "The lost Tower". But maybe it's for the best, just because a character is secondary doesn't mean that its appearance will not be awesome. The reason could be that Kushina is not much associated with the main plot as are Naruto, Sakura and Minato but there's a chance she'll have a lot of character interaction with them.

Think about movies where you meet a memorable character at mid point but then you have to part ways only for them to appear in the climax to help you save the day. Kishi could very well make Kushuna, after some good character interaction with Naruto and Sakura, go investigate something else relevant to the plot on her own while Minato assist his son and future daughter-in-law in the main mission.

I've been thinking it only showed her because of course it showed all of the K11, and will only show glimpses of her in the movie. Say, they're all fighting together - (K11) and she's of course apart of that. Like the war. Is she essential to it? No. Will she be essential to the full plot of the movie? Probably not. She's there for filling in the spots to make the movie have more of a Konoha feel; aka a 'Road to Ninja' feel.

Well i think Hidan is quite bold at everything he does,right? I don't really know how to explain in which way they seem similar ,but in the poster Hinata seems like she doesn't care about other people opinions and boldly,loudly speaks her mind...atleast to me...

Oh wow, this is probably my favorite theory about this movie so far! If that was true, I wonder if Naruto would team up with with the Akatsuki, or if his K-11 allies would just have their personalities. If it was the latter, I'd love to see Naruto fight Hidan.

Hidan: *twiddles index fingers* Umm...Heathen-kun...I-I'm going to sacrifice you to Jashin-san now...if that's alright....
