Yep. Nothing he can do will win fans back. The trust is gone. I'm kinda glad this ending was so terrible, it exposed him for the idiot he is (or the one he presents himself as, lol) Even if he fixed the story's ending, changed the pairings and rendered The Last not canon, it would just make him looks so much worse. 

 

Kishi's sanity, integrity and credibility as a mangaka = gone. 

 

He's put himself into an incredibly difficult position, no doubt. I'm not sure how he would be able to recover from this.

Exactly. They are like a royal family worried about the "purity" of their bloodline. I always assumed they were mostly just inbreeds.... sames with the Uchiha to be honest. They all look the same as well. Black hair same eyes, same facial features, and they are also worried about keeping their bloodline techniques going, as well as their firestyle.

 

Then again it's obvious Kishimoto doesn't think of this kitten. He gave Naruto's kids his whiskers even though the only reason he has them is because of the 9 tails.... and he forgot to give them their mothers soulless eyes. lol

Part 1 has its flaws, but it was easy for me to not be annoyed by them. The Chuunin Arc Exam and the Sasuke Rescue Arc remain to be my favorite ones out of the entire series.

Nothing is perfect, but it didn't need to be. I could at least gave an honorable mention. Nope. Couldn't get that from me.

I don't understand how the man who created a beautiful romance like minakushi, would allow this movie to happen.

The way they got together is just so ridiculous and unrealistic. I haven't watched the movie, and I honestly don't plan to, not even for the giggles cause I'll be facepalming from the very beginning. Everything this movie is and stands for completely contradicts what was written in the manga.

Even this new technology this worlds has is ridiculous. In two years, they can advance so much? No, that's just stupid. I loved the ninja world that kishi created, and now they're trying to modernize it, which completely changes why we even started watching/reading this series (at least for me).

I'm just so deeply disappointed. So disappointed with how something so apart of my childhood turned into. Now, when I think back to Naruto, the show I watched since i was 12, I don't think about the awesome ninja world, the cool missions team 7 went on or how cool it was to see new characters and the chunnin exams... No. Now, when i look back to Naruto, I just think of this kitten ending. How so much development for every character was basically turned to nothing. Everything that Naruto was, is gone with this movie. These characters are so unrecognizable, they're not the characters I grew up with. This movie feels so out of place with the manga, I have no words to express but utter dissapointment with how this series, the series I invested so much time in, can amount to this.

Well..they could just be the same RACE but not be closely related. Like how two Chinese people can look the same but not be family. At least I hope that's the case with the Hyuuga and Uchiha because imagining them all inbreeding is pretty disturbing.

It seems like an awfully big hassle to sketch a deceased character who has not been of any importance for two years in-universe. I can't think of incentive for sketching Neji unless the writers originally intended for him to play some role. His involvement wouldn't take place in the epilogue world because his image is drawn in the same format as the one Kishi used for promotional art in TL. 

 

This is weird. What use could a 19/20 year old Neji have for the story now?

Well it was in the book of The Last. I don't know, I guess maybe it's just a what if or probably just there. Hard to say. I mean he has done this couple of times, like underneath Konan's cloak. Almost feel like something that won't happen. Sucks...

They don't look like the rest of the Leaf though. The Hyuuga and Uchiha have a very specific look, and somehow every one of them looks the same. I mean it's obvious that there are blonds, pink haired, and redheads in the village, yet there isn't one in either of the Clans. They all look exactly the same.

 

Since we learned that clans/families strengths come from their "blood line" abilities it's not surprising to assume that a lot of inbreeding would follow. Usually when people start talking about pure blood lines that's what happens. Just look at any royal family anywhere.
