I'm not sold on this yet... why the hell would you, the creator of this manga, spoil your own movie? He's so direct about it, damn. Wasn't Kishi always dodgy with pairing questions? But here he answered them no problem. The movie hasn't even come out yet! This is stuff you say AFTER it's shown not BEFORE. 

Why would you expect Kishimoto to answer pairing related questions the same way as before..? Before 699 and 700, fans did not know which pairing would be canon, it was supposed to be a suspense. That isn't the case anymore. He gave us the canon pairings in 700. Now there's no reason for him to worry about 'spoilering' pairings because there is nothing left to spoiler. 

 

Agree with the rest of your post though. I guess Hinata slipping while Sakura succeeded in saving Naruto was another one of the many incidents that NS fans 'mis-interpreted'

You know what I don't get? That he didn't even EASE into this. If he started having Hinata and Naruto develop TOGETHER (hanging out with him, helping him, being involved in his personal life, standing up for his dream etc.) at the start of part 2 , then maybe it would have made a lot more sense. I don't and won't believe that he sold out, sorry. 698 chapters of good and you're trying to tell me all of those were thrown away? 15 years wasted to end the story on a bad note? That the MC gave up without trying? That all the NS we've gotten from this movie was for nothing? Lol no. :)

 

I know how you feel. It's a really complicated matter for sure, since it also seems SO off he would just do what he is doing right now. I kinda wish it was made more clear, especially since all kinds of pacing is weird near the end and all.

I won't believe this at all until I see the movie. He's spoiling the pairings because we don't know how they'll get together and how Naruto got rid of his feelings for Sakura. Well, now we know and the whole damn plot of this movie is predictable. I can't imagine this movie as that when RTN was a completely different story.

I wonder if the uchiha will despair when Sarada get together with Bolt, the Haruno clan too ended, but I wonder the Haruno would have despair if Sakura should have married Naruto?

Ugh!!! The mere thought of Shrimp Salad and Bolt makes me sick mocking NS even more and kittens on it  Its the epitome of disgusting  .

 

The Haruno is dead bc Karin's Sakura's "daughter"  has zero traits of her its all Sasuke   if Sakura's with Naruto I believe they would have mended  there is a heavy symbolism  between them  with the circle and the swirl emblems  not to mention  Sakura has Uzumaki diamond seal  parallels between   them also  it would be like Uzumaki Senju  union    they are the same branch . So much wasted potential  .

Nh & ss are canon in chapter 700 while heavily underdeveloped.
While kishi throw his most develope pairing in order to make nh & ss canon.

This shonen manga is enough for me to convice me that nh & ss canon pairing.

He really didn't. We assumed that they were together based on their kids. Same with SS. So the secondary pairings received interaction from both parents and their kids, but we assumed NH/SS based on how their kids looked with no interaction? If NH/SS was set in stone, why the ambiguity? Why are the main pairings separated and Lee's child is not named or has a mother? Have NH and SS family scene, some realistic looking kids (LIKE THE REST) and it's done. But that isn't the case. :)

Heh, true. Whenever I look at Sarada-mini-Karin-Uchiha, I can't help but laugh at the sheer stupidity of it all. But after reading about Kishimoto's interview, I wouldn't put anything past him. He really has a twisted mind-set. Maybe he did so to mock the SK fandom.

Him and his assistants seem to have no problem in openly mocking us NS fans.
