That's true. I'm just talking about manga sales. The amount of mangas sold in the US is trivial compared to those in Japan.
I'm just saying that Naruto is still the most sold manga here in the US- next to AoT. Just google New York Times bestseller list mangas, and you'll know what I mean.

Oh because it's well known but I feel like majority makes fun of it lol Dem bestsellers....people don't really buy manga..

well of course Naruto is more popular than One Peace here in the west. it´s about ninjas. Ninja are popular because they are seen as cool and mysterious, and of course is more interesting than freaky pirates. I think that the ninja concept has a big part to this series popularity.

 

I don´t have any source, but I also think it may also be because it seems that Naruto has more adverstning/commercials than One Peace, due that the Naruto anime is more popular than OP. Like it´s more often that i´ve see Naruto commercials and products from the series than I've done with OP

Couldn't agree more, I think Volume 68 was in first place which I hate saying isn't bad for me at least cause that was when I was calling most of the shots on what was gonna happen every week. 4life knows I made a big theory post about it before that volume ended.

Yeah how Naruto ends up being an abusive, horrible and neglecting father.

 

i wouldn't be surprised if they tried to fix this for the spinoff. don't be surprised if Naruto and Sasuke are suddenly perfect dads and husbands despite what we saw in 700

 

The thing is though if you need movies, spin--offs, and sequels to fix the mistakes of the original manga. Then the original manga sucked

I think that is interview about 4th season of anime, and blant true reaction by Sorachi. It's funny, because as much as he is mangaka - he still true to himself and his fans.
