What I think about, the main problem isn't Hinata as reason, but Hinata as cause. granted that little to no character in her and big boobs give her points. But people started to look on her in part 1. As antipod of Sakura. And because main audience is 12-16 years old, they had a problem of folliowing development of characters not only in powers progression.

So what is my point. I think if Naruto was a seinen and had different audience, it would turn out much better, surely it would loose some of it's battle scenes. But in part of charcter's treatment ofcourse ending we got - woudn't exist at all.

I agree. Here's the thing: Sakura is too realistic for some people. They hate the fact that they can relate to her, and that's why they turn their heads towards Hinata. She's more unrealistic. But also, she embodies what people want to become like. And that's why she has more fans. Personally I would hate to be hinata. She's boring and lame. I like my flaws.

 

i think floyd is a good looking guy, especially when he's rocking the goatee. xD

He's not my type. I think his personality just ruins it for me. I've never seen him with a goatee before though! Interesting. My type is more so guys like Kevin Durant cause he just seems so much more..humble. :/ Mayweather walking around with a luis vuitton towel just doesn't do it for me.

Yep, Naruto in lesser maner was that, he was realistic in terms of character, maybe not as much as Sakura, but he was. And way of picturing someone who tried his best and got this in the end... in both ways male and female (and I mean what their character's wanted, not Sakura from 3rd chatper, and Naruto as prize for Hinata).

But on opposite - those who was pictured as realistic in bad way - got their upper hand.

I never really judged her, but also...maybe we're judging Kishimoto wrong all this time too?  

 

Have you ever watched a movie where someone will blackmail another person into doing their bidding, making that other person become a bad guy along with the blackmailer? Maybe that's Kishimoto. Maybe he's forced to act this way because he's still under Shounen Jump.
