Despite the recent chapter, much as people go crazy over the smallest stuff, not really much of anything happened pairing wise this week save for Temari thinking positively about Shikamaru. People are going to make a big issue even when Hinata just appears it feels like. From this chapter some are going to apparently make a big deal over the constant Sakura asking Hinata whats going on events, some people even said because of the end panels, the placement of the above panals of the girls was opposite towards who they would be with. Really? Something that minor is merit of pairing evidence? Some people thought that because again due to panel placement, Hinata being diagnolally opposite from Naruto and Sakura from Sasuke means NH and SS would come true? Oh yeah lets forget that 631 and 635 are still in effect and not done, not like we can make a stupid claim that because Sakura said Naruto's name first she is more concerned about him. 631 is still in the back and in our favor, though she said she does not trust Sasuke in 635, why asking about him? Could be many reasons but for now even Sasuke is working with them cause Obito = the worst thing in the ninja world and they have to stop him, but Sakura being worried for Naruto (as she has been throughout the majority of the manga) is still enough to say she cares. SS is still lingering on a thread, NH is still in limbo since the edo hokages came. NS is most likely in limbo right now too but got the bolster it needed from 631. So nothing major happened this chapter, basically we are stil just waiting for a time when Sakura=Kushina rises again and to see where 635 takes us when Sasuke reveals himself, espcially after events like Hashirama and Naruto getting ticked off by him and Sasuke himself saying he will defeat Naruto (erase the past). So yeah that stuff with Sakura not trusting him and Sasuke wanting to defeat Naruto are still there, but for now they need Sasuke to win the fight and if he is injured Sakura would need to heal him, in her case its let them face Obito now, heal either of them if they get hurt, deal with Sasuke later.

You really knocked them dead with this one . That  is what they fail to realize is that her character revolves around only Naruto, when he is in the picture she is there . Thanks to her aspirations she has become a brand new Hinata , but more than that , well nothing has changed . Even after the handholding chakra transfer everything was about Naruto and that they seem to ignore that , while bashing the living hell out of Sakura for what? For having small kittens? For staying at the background healing the alliance?

Well, that is what they are doing saying/writing arguments without back up ,proof no evidence and most of all deprived of logic..

And yeah, they're argument of sakura being underdeveloped is just ridiculous, but hey, not all the westerners think the same its just that the hinata fans are really loud, and what gave me that impression is that I've been doing a bit of research regarding sakiras popularity in the west-since basically in japan theres no arguing whise the top female in naruto amongst them, seriously, thats a big no-so yeah I checked and to my surprise sakura seems to be more popular than hinata in the west, even though the hinata fans are loud. I mean seriously, check out sakuras fanpages from the west, they've got seventy-eight thousand fans, 88 thousand. And catch this, theres this fanpage thats got 103 thousand fans.

True story. I checked hinatas and its knowhere near that number. In japan all their fanpages dont have as much as the west since its different. In the japanese forums they're less active, so sakuras fanpage has 2 thousand and something fans, kakashi as well, and gaara and naruto and sasuke and all those top ten characters on my signature. The japanese are more active in actual events like, the shounen jump pole and actually buying the mangas, thats why the popularity poll doesnt have hundreds of thousands of votes. Sakuras overall votes is 11889, gaara is 12889 kakashi is 45 thousand and something. The top ten are in their thousands and below that is in their hundreds. So yeah in japan hinata isnt even popular even though shes an oppai character which says alot. There was even this colorspread back in chapter 400 and something and it included all the important ninjas and popular ones and ofcoarse the top ten characters and many other ninjas including some akatsuki members. hinata wasnt there. Even adding up with her recent poll the 7th one it really didnt help her reach the top.

Well , we all know that they are thirsty ^^.. Whenever there is a panel with those 4 it become immediately romantic .. somehow..

I even  went on the SS tag on tumblr and saw something like: OH! They finished each others's sentences in must be true love , because they are thinking alike..

@DJ , so that makes Hinata irrelevant and less famous than Sakura , huh even as an oppai character she has less fans , which is saying something idd..

Im really confused about hinata and her constant spotlighting. Lately her and Sakura have been in the same panels a lot and its getting under my skin.

 

Hinata seems to leech the spotlight off of sakura. Her presence is becoming solely for fanservice

I know it is since Sakura worries more about Naruto it would not have sense if Sakura worrying about Sasuke only after all the things that happened, and i dont think this will happen because well, Tsunade is coming and soon Sakura may join them.

I believe she will join them after she spoke with Tsunade which will trigger more development for her.

Meh , dont worry bout it , she is being used as a commentator to give a play by play , its fanservice nothing  special really  ..

 

If kishi wants her to jump and play meat shield what'd be point? if she is gonna join the fight its gonna be GOkage + shinobi alliance or something of this kind

I find it simultaneously hilarious and aggravating how so much can be made out of literally nothing.  Hinata isn't the one being shown concerned or worrying - it was Sakura who got Hinata to activate her Byakugan in the first place to check on things, and it is Sakura who is constantly asking and thinking about Naruto and Sasuke.  We haven't gotten a single panel of Hinata being worried, she is literally just conveying information neutrally to Sakura upon Sakura's request - her role is completely passive, while Sakura's role is active.

 

And I think that Lady GT makes an excellent point - that perhaps Sakura is so worried because she does not trust Sasuke completely.

 

As for NSFL3G's question - it's hard to say that anything would actually make me stop shipping NaruSaku after so long.  There's no way that Sakura or Naruto will suddenly loose the understanding they have of one another or the strong friendship and bond they already have.  I guess if Sakura stops feeling comfortable to act around herself like Naruto, trying to change herself just to please him, or Naruto treating her like crap, making Sakura cry and feel negative about herself - but I think NaruIno has a better chance of becoming canon than any of the above actually happening in the manga.

If you think about it, the time this current battle has taken starting all the way around chapter 570 or so, not including the Sasuke and Itachi vs Kabuto or the 5 kage vs Madara, this battle may be in its final state. Obito having all the power, the edo hokage are struggling, Madara has a plot to fulfill, the main reason for Naruto vs Sasuke has been set, to think of it, just how long will the ten tails revival arc last? We practically at super power mode and its only a matter of time before the heroes get a chance to defeat Obito and Madara. I mean unless Obito manages to unleash the illusion on the moon, unless there were a few people capable of resisting it, making a dream world arc, then I can see this being extended but its hard to tell at this point if the eye of the moon plan will launch, we have not even seen the final form of the ten tails which was highly speculated to occur, maybe it will buts its been delayed is the only conclusion.

 

I just hope that after this long fight, on the lighter side of things, there will be a small sect of downtime between the end of the war and the final battle arc. I hope we see more NS humor in this part but it also stands to mention the NS immanent stuff would be revealed here.

Only saying the dream world stuff, if it occurred, there could always be those few who somehow resisted it, primarily Naruto and Sasuke for kurama and the sharingan, but that remains to be seen. As for Madaras surprise summon, if its the orginal sage of the six paths, thats going to make a lot of people cringe with what is Kishi doing in terms of these powerful revives?

 

As for the outcome of the fight, not too insane to think Sakura would become concerned or happy for Naruto to be safe, heck later on maybe Minato may ask him something about Sakura, wishful thinking but it could happen.

A lot of people would be pissed about that or that is just my imagination .. If the original sage is edo tenseid it lowers the chance of victory for the alliance down to 5 % max, unless the kuuybi theory is real and Minato gives the second part of the chakra and Naruto becomes something like the Sage's incarnation , it would be possible , but again a lot of people dont want that, they want this generation to surpass the last with their own skills, no dead powerful enemy's or allies involved..
 

Yeah , Saske's sharingan and Kurama would be able to resist the genjustu world , but would they co-operate if it comes down to it , i mean Sasuke despite the fact that protects him , he wants to finish Naruto himself . Also Bee is not dead yet almost forgot about him , what kind of role will he play , what could he contribute besides giving Naruto the 8 tails's chakra..
