It's all just my interpretation so please take it with a grain of salt haha. But if this was all real he's not the "disgusting and stupid Kishi". He's actually the "disgusting and cunning Kishi".

The wire is pretty damn good its based off places I live veeeery close too...or have lived in before. 

 

I'll admit, Sopranos and Breaking Bad are both very good, but no show has ever captivated me like The Wire.

 

if ns is the only thing that has kept you you glued to this series, then doesn't say a lot about the quality of the content? and you're not alone in this. many people have said that they only read naruto to see which pair is going to come out on top. says a lot about the garbage we were reading.

 

I'd be interested in seeing how many people did stick around mostly because they wanted to see the end pairing. For me, I lost much enthusiasm after the Pein Arc, and I really only kept reading out of a desire to just see how it ended in general. My interest picked up a lot after I found this community, but it was still mostly habit that kept me reading (along with a desire to see NS), not great writing like in Part I.

 

I actually think that this movie focusing on BORUTO is actually bs and it's going to focus more on Sasuke. Remember he said he wanted to make a movie based on Sasuke before? Besides, this is the money loving SP we're talking about. And Kishi had to make Hinata the heroine in THE LAST and chapter 700 because he needed Sakura as the heroine for the new series that has Sasuke. It can't be Karin, because in a canonical setting she's not supposed to be pretty by what the author has written her as, and it can't be Ino because she's not popular enough. That's why he had to shift Sakura's placement as Naruto's love interest to Sasuke's love interest. Naruto had no choice but to end up with Hinata. And now end up being called the scumbag because he was abandoned by the author.

There was one comment in 2ch which people ignored but was posted just after the LAST came out and it said.
"Congratulations Sasuke and Sakura. I believe Kishi made people hate Hinata and Naruto so people would love Sasuke and Sakura more. For whatever purpose that is."

And the purpose is the movie.....

 

Kishi should just admit that he really wanted to the manga to be about Sasuke.

Remember in the war arc he made Nagato say "part one is great, part two is always a boring, part three is a masterpiece."

I always thought that meant he knew how boring part two is and is going to do part three.

Literally it's legendary shonen, that caused a lot of memes. 25 years of production, and it still continues (part 8).

There is general manga, that is diveded into part, and each have it's personal story connected though characters:

1-6 - original universe (already ended).

7-8 - new universe (7th ended, 8th - ongoing).

One of the best plots ever,

HUGE AMOUNT of music references, huge amount of details, crazy fight, bizzare humor. Lot's of chapters, new anime serialization from 2012 and continium even now.

When I hear the "weird" in animes, I immediately think of Revolutionary girl Utena- which I haven't even given a try yet, lol.

Sasuke might be a popular character, but it's still ultimately Naruto's name on the brand logo. He can't carry a franchise all on his own when his only purpose remaining is to wander the land as an improverished vagabond who happens to be more powerful than anything or anyone that he comes across. There would be a lack of conflict or suspense if readers only saw from his perspective. The same applies to Naruto as well which is one of the very few legitimate reasons I can see for minimising his involvement in a spin-off that's intended to be centred around a youthful and inexperienced "next gen". And as for Sakura, she was already dismissed by Sasuke because it's his notion that his repentent wandering is a journey that he must undertake alone. She doesn't fit anywhere into that equation or anyone else's for that matter. Kishi hasn't written anything positive about Sakura in a long time and I don't expect that to change now.

 

Kishi would only be digging a deeper grave for himself by using the same underhanded promotion tactics that Pierrot is being censured heavily for. He needs to keep his word on this being a next generation spin-off first and foremost if he wants to salvage what's left of his reputation.

Kabuto could easily pose as a good foreshadowed villain for a part 3.

I've saw a fanfic that presents him in a extraordinary manner, acting kind of like the joker, being hokage naruto's evil counterpart and destroying konoha from the inside

 

That could always work too as an interesting plot element to say the least.

 

 

Well, it would have been easier to handle the one you're missing out if there's one more part before the Kage Summit Arc. Amazing how Naruto never meet Kabuto again and that was his like villain right there.

 

Good suggestion, It wold be easier to handle those two things in particular with an Arc that takes place between Pain and 5 Kage Summit Arc. That way you could have room for Naruto meeting his mother, Might Guy going Eight Gates, and Kabuto of course. Though I believe Naruto should only go up to Kyubbi Chakra Mode in my version (Bijuu mode is cool) but I'd feel like it would be too sudden unless I do what happened at the beginning of the war arc.  Let it be Kyubbi mode one arc and then 5 kage summit arc have Naruto go into Bijuu Mode (leave at that, no crazy super hazed Sage gift) I think that would be good enough for me.  Probably the arc before give Sasuke and Team Taka something to do and at the end Sasuke asks for Itachi's Arc. Then final fight it would be Bijuu Mode Naruto VS Eternal Mangakyo Sharingan  Sasuke at the Five Kage summit.

Well, new anime goes on whole part 1 and 2 (season 1 covers them entirely in 25 episodes) and part 3 (half of it in 25 episodes, and second half will be out on this year). And then manga.

Romance appears in part 1 and far latter.

But then didn't someone say that the BORUTO movie was going to show a lot of Sasuke? I saw that interview in tumblr as well. Not sure if legit. How is he going to get involved if he's still a wanderer? He's had to have some time he came back to Konoha for Sarada to happen as well.

I still hope it will flop.

II don't think that Sakura will be prominently featured in the movie, if anything the place should go to Sarada Ceasar Salad. Sakura is the stay-at-home-houswife with a daughter to look after.

 

If he wants to make a new series about Sasuke, with Sakura as the 'eventual heroine', the only thing he can do is make it happen in the space between the Last and the Epilogue, which would be perfectly boring since we already know how it all ends, in a boring Metropolis-Konoha with a bunch of nonsensical things, Sasuke-the-Wanderer still included..

Considering how Sakura is being treated by the author/SP now I really don't believe he'll do anything much with her character.
