Idk if Nejiten or Hineji was kishimotos intent or not, but what we can be sure of is that the narrative was leading to Ns before some abrupt change in plans. And also Sasukarin.

There is a strong argument for NejiHina because of the whole unifying the Hyuga ordeal. Which was completely abandoned and treated as if it never existed.

 

There is an awesome doujinshi about it called "Terrace" The funny thing about fan works for Naruto is that 90% of them show way more respect for the material than Kishimoto does.

She clearly was a fangirl of his in part 1. This was never illustrated by Kishi as having changed, so by the Law of Sakura we can infer that she still loves him.

 

No one gets over a love interest in Naruto. No exceptions. Well, other than Naruto himself.

He justified it by saying "Well, Sakura was always all about Sasuke anyway." Because you made her always about Sasuke. If you had her stop being about Sasuke, she would no longer be about Sasuke. It's as if Sakura has a mind of her own and wants to be delegated to trash character status. The most tragic victim of the Law of Sakura was Sakura herself.

Idk why, though, but it always made the impression as if she cared much about him and Neji was that friend in the same team that wasn't as crazy as Guy and Lee so she appreciated him for different reasons...

I know many people shipped Nejiten but I always thought Neji was in love with Hinata? Even though they are cousins, though that is common in Japan.

Honestly I have a big problem with considering the novels canon. I also don't consider retcons canon.

Like Han solo shooting first and then being changed to make him "more heroic." It doesn't count since it was not the original intent behind what was shown at the time.

Which just ruins all the development Han gets later as he is supposed to start as a selfish scoundrel who only looks out for himself (and Chewie), only going along with Luke and co. in hopes of getting paid so he can pay off his debt to Jabba, but eventually grows INTO being a hero.

Sakura cries over Naruto until he wakes up

Naruto saves Sakura from Sasuke

Sakura and Naruto see each other after 2 years.

Sakura embraces Naruto infront of everyone else

The ramen scene

and many other (filler) scenes in which they both care about each other, Sakura watching over Naruto as long as he's sick, Naruto mentioning his crush for Sakura or Minato asking Sakura if she was Naruto's girlfriend

Naruto is a obessed dumbass who only cares for his goal  and his IDEALS rather than finding a logical solution of the issues in the ninja world. Sakura is a manupulative shallow herione. And sasuke is terrrible friend and rival to naruto He also has very sickening ideas of peace. All three are terrible for each other.  Plus its clear  to me that kishi was going to make sakura into afterthought love interest during the five kage arc until he messed that up. All i see in narusaku these days is a poorly written cilche along with sasusaku and naruhina.

Me. Knowing NS/NH/SS somewhere feel hurt so I stop.
I read fiction about NS, esp those who are alike in part 1 and before the final. But I'm really picky.

You're right that Kishimoto was probably being cynical about NaruSaku as well. Sasuke is a horrible selfish prick. Sakura turned out to be completely shallow and pathetic. And Naruto... It would take too long to talk about.

Really, it shows how everyone got what they exactly deserved, given how a certain someone always has her opinion be that everyone is their "true self", so it means in her world that everyone's going to be selfish, deceitful, and lying just to get what they want, which is why I don't see any if this ******** as canon, because there has been points that contradict what was established before, and even the contradictions have contradictions as well as everyone in the Naruto "canon" basically being hypocrites.

It's so ridiculous that he thought this would work out even at all. Like you want to make a sequel about the new generation. So make every character OOC in the ending. That's going to work out great and make all the fans want to watch it.

 

If he wanted to make every character OOC and just end it, at least it would be over in that case. It wouldn't look even worse later on.

Reminds me of Quagmire from family guy. According to Quagmire, there was a girl he really loved and wanted to be with. When he couldn't have her, he decided that marriage wasn't for him and just screwed around with every girl he sees. He said it was his way of lashing out when his girl didn't want him.

I could see Naruto doing the same since...well, since Naruto has always been a brat.

I hate this kind of logic all the time. I hate it when they talk like "this is so realistic," and act like they have minds of their own only to forget that they are fictional characters in a rediculous situation.
