Indeed, it's a fact that Naruto's feelings for Sakura were explained very poorly. They thought a 1 minute scene could write off 15 years worth of manga chapters and it failed horribly. Only idiots would accept that explanation.

Well, like Konan-sama said, this fandom is filled with idiots. Right now the movie has a higher scoring than Road to Ninja, and most of the reviews aren't just positive, they're literally 9 and 10 stars.

Well, like Konan-sama said, this fandom is filled with idiots. Right now the movie has a higher scoring than Road to Ninja, and most of the reviews aren't just positive, they're literally 9 and 10 stars.

I know. It's so terrible. Love reviewers ignoring the flaws. It's like saying one video games looks great, 10/10, screw gameplay.

Agreed. And most of the reviews on there are overwhelmingly positive. Never mind the fact that they portrayed Hinata as a damsel in distress or that they completely changed Naruto's character. Still a 10/10 to them.

I was reading the reviews for The Last on imdb and found this gem in one of the reviews. I didn't even think about that lol. This is so tragic.

That's just NH fandom giving it 10 star ratings without stating any good reasons. That score doesn't mean anything to me.

we really shouldnt take the general western fandom opinion as important

people who watched/read naruto for the story already left , so the remnants of the fandom is full of those that watched just so nh could happen

What I think about, the main problem isn't Hinata as reason, but Hinata as cause. granted that little to no character in her and big boobs give her points. But people started to look on her in part 1. As antipod of Sakura. And because main audience is 12-16 years old, they had a problem of folliowing development of characters not only in powers progression.

So what is my point. I think if Naruto was a seinen and had different audience, it would turn out much better, surely it would loose some of it's battle scenes. But in part of charcter's treatment ofcourse ending we got - woudn't exist at all.
