Ugh! So the claims that Kishi's wife actually is like Sakura are based on a joke? Is there any chance that it might have a little truth to it, though?
it wasn't a joke. it was a tease since he met kshi's wife at his wedding. Oda's wife was the Nami cosplayer (she looks like her a lot) at Jump festa. Oda made the same statement with kishimoto's wife.

It'll probably be Hinata.
Also, will Naruto finally be promoted to Chuunin and maybe even Jounin? It's hard to remember that he's a Genin, because of his strength, but he really deserves to move on to the next level.

well, Oda met his wife during a jump festa when she was cosplaying Nami. And even Kishimoto teased him how is wife looks like Nami (for this reason Oda then replied to him how his wife looks like Sakura).
From what I remember didn't Oda mention Kishi's wife looks like Sakura during Kishi's wedding?

Being mature doesn't mean you can't have fun...You can be goofy and still mature. Maturity is about decisions and responsabilities...
Oh, I certainly don't have a problem with Naruto being goofy now and then. He wouldn't feel like Naruto if he weren't. But Naruto hasn't felt like a 'mature' character to me in the last arc. He has moments where he's serious, but he also had serious moments back in part one when he was still very immature so being serious now and then does not denote maturity. Naruto's choices haven't been based on mature, adult decision making but on naïve idealism that is full of holes. But of course, that's just how I feel.
And I suppose this is a bit off topic, so carry on!
