I really dont like the scene that she cries and run away after see sasuke flirting with other girls it was totally unecessary just made me feel sorry for her loving him.
Or he did it on purpose to show of that SS is retarded.

I feel sorry for Sakura, but after her comment, she asked for it. Yeah, Kishi just showed us that SS isn't healthy at all. I'm just happy that she and Naruto were getting closer in the movie and she felt really bad for being bashful at Naruto. Naruto will always love her in any world. I admit, it is pretty funny that Naruto wanted to date her after the whole adventure. But it did serve a good purpose, so yeah, this movie is all good.

Edit: Also, for her loving Sasuke, well it plays a part for her selfish behavior characteristic from the beginning of the movie. So yeah, it's like watching her growth in a nutshell through a movie.

Don't tell me that it is just a movie and that it means nothing, because it means everything.


Sakura really don't care about Sasuke, and we see how fast she forget him instead of Naruto's fake family.
Same for Naruto, he really doesn't care about Hinata in a romantic way, and you can see that he always does love Sakura.
This movie is just epic and proves everything to me, you can't call it a filler, because Naruto and Sakura's feelings are real.



Now I can't wait in the manga, how she will realise her love for him, because yes, she doesn't realise it at all, that her affection is more than friendship. Sai and Yamato already saw it...

i think most of the sasusaku shippers does not care about sakura.

Well some don't. I've seen some people ship Sakura with Sasuke because Sakura is "apparently" a terrible person and a terrible person should only be allowed to get someone who has tried to kill her before, but I digress, lol. Then again, they don't really ship SasuSaku, do they?

And some SasuSaku shippers and side-shippers feel like NaruSaku shippers hate Sakura because they don't want to see her get what she wants. Granted it depends on your view, but if you asked the average person who knows nothing about Naruto...

I got to admit, even though we should not be saying that it's 100% confidence that NS is canon, but this movie did increase my confident a lot. Like redragon said, wouldn't it look so foolish to see other pairings being canon and then look back at all the materials in past saying to yourself, "Wait, why they're making NaruSaku canon?" Pierrot seems pretty confident that NaruSaku is canon, especially that OVA. I love that OVA, glad to have it in DVD. Anyway, yeah, let's continue to wait for more. Right now, we should be happy for Kishi developing NS as a serious pairing.

Also, I like both characters a lot. I like Sakura for having a realistic character development and other things, and I like Naruto because well he's Naruto. He's a really cool guy imo. I will explain, but not right here. Besides, we should continue talking about the movie.

They were always like this to begin with, showing hate for Sakura's character.

I think, in my point of view, that Sakura is an interesting character, not only in her love for Naruto, but also in the way she learns to know her team mates.
She really grown a lot thanks to Naruto and Sasuke, the girl that was only caring about herself, cares a lot of her friends today, she's even ready to sacrifice for them.
Sakura wants to do significant things for Naruto, she doesn't want him to suffer, and she showed it when Sai was talking about Naruto's feelings.
She thinks that she doesn't diserve Naruto's love in chapter 459 page 14 because she thinks she was being an horrible person with this promise of him.
But this is just proove that she doesn't know what love means, same for Naruto, when he's saying that he can't confess to her, because he can't even keep his promises.
Love is not a matter of do what you can are not, it is a matter of how you feel, and that's what Yamato tried to explain Sakura, before Naruto woke up.


Anyway, this movie just prooves anything to me, Sakura offers everything to Naruto, love, childeren, but also parents, her parents. They complete each other.

The problem is what sakura really wants?
kishi already showed us that she doubt about her feelings deep inside when she choose naruto on that confession when she think about sasuke on that lover-nin when on that bridge scene when yamato asked her that she really loves naruto.
We knows that naruto loves sakura but Sakura does not know who she reallt loves because a woman cant love two guys on the same way.

i dont even need to say when someome asks if sakura what she really feels about naruto she will be shocked, even if naruto appears with another woman she will feel jealous it's her reactions towards naruto.
she thinks that it's just friendship but it's not it's more than this, if she because she choose naruto, she could say a lot of things to naruto there but instead she made a confession to him.

Hinata could have her final say to Naruto at the battle field (once Tobi is defeated) or soon as they get back to the village. Hinata does not have any influence on Naruto or the plot, I still think Hinata might help NaruSaku development to become canon. So I hope this NaruHina thing ends soon.

No, she really did, she realise it herself when she's thinking about the promise Naruto did to her at chapter 458 page 14 :

Naruto : Sakura-chan, I know you love Sasuke, I know how much you're suffiring, I FEEL IT TO.
Sakura didn't understand this sentence until Sai comes to tell her about Naruto's feelings.
And it's when she knows that he loves her, that she understands better what Naruto meant by " I FEEL IT TO".

So even if she didn't does it on purpose, she made Naruto suffer, and she knows that.
But love isn't always rose ya know, that's why I like NaruSaku a lot, because there is everything, love, sadness, hapiness, etc..., with a maximum of developpment.

If you have official translation of Viz or watched Shippuuden, she said this "he must be a fool to be in love with someon like me".
This means everything to me, she doens't love herself, and she thinks she is a horrible person because she made him suffer while he was in love with her.
That means that she think she doesn't deserve his love...

No, Sai was right, Naruto suffered a lot because of his love for her, because Naruto was sacrificing his love for her happiness (Sasuke).
But a lot of things happened and will change, they just didn't know each other so well until now, they don't know so much about true love.

Yamato and Kushin told them interesting things about feelings and happiness, hope they will understand one day that love is just a matter how much you feel about each other and that's all.

I agree with you about Hinata. It seems this arc resolves every characters. Now, we have to resolve the main characters. Apparently, Kakashi's part is not done yet either, since Tobi hinted that he could well be Obito. But, that's another discussion.

About Hinata I would say she already had her answer about the confession she did in Pain's arc.
Kishi will probably show this in a flashback.

It's to late for making a NaruHina, because Naruto always love Sakura, and it would be unrealistic to see him change feelings in a few seconds.
I know that Naruto is a manga but come on. ^^

If Naruto showed ambiguity like Sakura did in the whole manga while loving Sasuke at the same time, I would say there are maybe some chances for NH. But Naruto didn't show anything towards Hinata, only a big friendship, that NH fans interpretated as love.

There is no doubt about Naruto's feelings about Hinata, he loves her, but only as a friend.
About Sasuke, I think he will end up with Karin. An Uzumaki with an Uchiha would be a great message in the manga, a sign of peace between to families that coudn't lived together (Uzumaki are Senju family, don't forget)

@Sojobo: I do agree about Uchiha and Uzumaki. At that point, I felt like Karin might be the one who will go with Sasuke. There's a chance, but right now, it's still uncertain. I do believe Kishi is hyping her return to Sasuke because Sasuke now knows she's an Uzumaki and she still holds grudge against him. They're the only one out of team Taka that's having a conflict. So, let's see what happens.

You know, this is a bit off topic but it really had me thinking. Why did Kishi mention twice that Sakura should be really excellent at genjutsu? I mean, I suppose it was laid out so that he could use it later for arcs that he wanted to do with Sakura that I believe he stated he never quite got to, but still.

This is very far fetched mind you and I don't believe it myself, but what if Tobi is able to succeed creating the super illusion and whatnot? Do you think Sakura of all people will play a special role in breaking it?

Actually, I think some variation of that is probably what he has in mind. Kishimoto definitely has a plan, even if he blows out the sides sometimes with filler content. But the main plot points, and their foreshadowing, is always there.

I don't think it's a coincidence at all that the big villain is a wields a super-genjutsu, and Sakura happens to be naturally gifted at breaking genjutsus. Better than apparently 95% of the nins, according to how many went down in the chunin exams, and that waswhen she was untrained and still very young. So we know she's trained since then...we can only imagine she's sharpened those skills as well.

So yeah, I think Kishi has something planned for Sakura. And those little clues to her skill are central to that.

It's said in writing that no part of the story should be taken for granted or put in just as a throwaway. If it's worth including, then there should be a reason why. This applies here to. Why would Kakashi mention it twice if it wasn't somehow important?

And her unveiling a super power at the end would fit in perfectly with Kishimoto's tendency to pair up strong females with the strong male characters. The good-guys' side is littered with couples. The bad-guys' side? They're always alone.

Hence the mentions early on of Sakura's expertise. Even Sasuke recognized it in the chunin exams classroom switcheroo. And she was able to be put right into action after Orochimaru's attack, when most nins were still out of commission. So if/when Sakura's ability comes back around, it won't be an asspull...just a skillset that Kishimoto has conveniently let the readers forget about.

Kishimoto made a very obvious point of setting up Sakura's genjutsu capability (even if it isn't clearly defined), and the fact that Tobi's goal is to cast a universal genjutsu -- and now the plot of the RtN movie -- it all positively shrieks that we're going see Sakura play some kind of role in the outcome. No asspull required.

Does anyone know if the RtN movie suggests that Menma and AU!Hinata are actually an item, or does AU!Hinata simply assume Menman is "her man" because it's what she wants? I don't remember reading that in the spoilers, or seeing anything that confirms it in the clips, but I could have missed it. Anyone?

I find it funny there is already yaoi fanart shipping the canon characters with their AU counterparts. I am already seeing lots of Menma x Naruto fanart. And now I am seeing Smart Shikamaru x Goofy Shikamaru. So far no Avenger Sasuke x Playboy Sasuke fanart yet.
