Of course! Pierrot and Kishi must realise that the West gains most of its anime/manga merchandise via piracy. That's why the industry has been making it a policy to crack down on the providers for these illicit methods because they're losing profit for every fan that chooses to download off some website like tha panda instead of purchasing the comic at a book store. But if this is so, why direct their focus to the West? It's true that countries like Australia and the US have a sum total population of almost three times that of Japan's. However, the public appeal of Japanese cartoon media remains a minority for the most part. It's not like in the home country where anime and manga have become two important revenue sources their economy that everyone is aware of and many support.
There has to be another factor in all of this. Maybe it has to do with Kishi's recent commenting on Sasuke and the rumours of a greater role in the upcoming film. He's a fan favourite character who helped earn much of the presale ticket sells before The Last was released. They may try to exploit that demographic of the Naruto fandom to keep the franchise afloat.
By the way, you mentioned the spin-off and Part 3 separately from each other. I thought they were one in the same.
That's true. We shouldn't expect anything related to NS from here on out. Those rumours about a possible AU where the pairing succeeded is just that - rumours.
That's why Sasuke is being played up to have an important role in the next film. The marketers must have realised that circumstances of The Last turned many people away from supporting Naruto the character, even resent him because of his OOC behaviour - the same applies to the Hinata spawn. They'll need to make good on their pondering to the Sasuke fandom if they wish to have any chance of this spin-off gaining a following.
I have my suspicions about whether or not Junko will even participate in Part 3, assuming her contract with Pierrot has expired by then. She might care for Naruto himself and the storyline, but it's become so apparent that Kishi is taking everything in a direction that's unrecognisable to what we were lead to believe prior to the final two chapters. The fact that she refused to voice the Hinata spawn, even though it technically came from Naruto, is an indicator that she's not 100% supportive of the changes that have been made to the protagonists and the plot.
If they realized that, they would not have gambled and catered from the west. Pretty much agree with you, but the interviews are contradicting. I tell you what I think and just a theory. It seems like Kishi is secretly out to sabotage SP. Think about it, he made an excuse that he never thought about the SS pairing in the Last movie. If he had done that, The Last would have at least double the amount of gross income than they have now because SS is big in Japan. The reason why I think Sasuke will get more screen time in the movie is because Kishi has his back against the wall and must tie up the SS loose end. And I can tell how evasive he's with SS more than NH.
Yes, according to wiki and anime-network (last I check three weeks ago), its confirmed that the mini manga series will not be apart of Pt3. People are mistakenly from PT3 anime. It is written by the guy who wrote the blood prison novel and movie. Not Kishi (unless they updated the info). Any other than that, we do not know if this manga will be part of the Bolt movie. Only a short summary stating that it will be about the children adventure. So in other words, why manga? Manga so post to be more legit than anime. And its going to be about the children's adventure. I highly doubt Kishi would spend time just to do a children story. There is more to it than meets the eye (not saying there will be NS).
So yeah, its highly possible that SP doesn't know what the manga will be about because its not schedule to be animated. Maybe that's why all these NS rumors are going. It's not impossible but very unlikely and like you said. We shouldn't expect anything related to NS that's why I keep to myself about these rumors.

One thing I need to know is did Sakura just figure out Hinata loves Naruto in the Last or something? Why looking like "Hey wait a minute...Oh you love him!" Can someone explain this to me?
I'm sure she just thought Hinata would love Naruto like Naruto loves Ramen in the Pain Arc.

Well it's not like their game of chance in pandering to the West has seen the final results from turnout and merchandise sales. Another two months will have to expire before we can gather any figures on the revenue being garnered from the communities still interested in what Naruto has to put out. A theatre release should already be underway or close to premiering in the Philippines. From what some of our Filipino members have relayed, the region is teeming with nH admirerers who will probably be overjoyed to see a film revolving around their OTP like some twisted personalisation of the planetary revolvement with the Sun.
What? So this Part 3 is not even coming from the original mangaka's thought process? This should be the tell-tale sign of a story that's being transformed into a monkey-making franchise that's devoid of integrity or logic, whose only motive is increase the profit numbers as much as they can by appealing to what the "majority" prefers. This explains everything now - the modernisation of the Narutoverse at the end of the manga, Kishi's destructive flip-flopping to win as much support from the majority as he can, sexualising characters who were once spoken of as being Kishi's beloved children now being transformed into objects of desire, ect.
I assumed that this man was only working on the upcoming novels. Do you have a credible source to verify his involvement in Part 3?

Hello Dkey - it's been so long.
I think it begins sometime in April or May. Yes, it will be written by Kishi, but apparently the writer for one of the Naruto movies will be involved as well. You don't intend to read it, do you?

Tragic. Like what happen to Naruto.

Heard the songs, watch the anime and pvs. I haven't read the light novels but I read a couple of chapters of the manga.
I hated the anime. Wth with that ending?
I loved the concept when it was made of songs.
And I loved Ayano. The only red scarf I will care about.

Hello Atheck.
Well to be honest I want to see what direction it will have. Probably will just read the first chapter nothing more.
I am curious to see if Kishi will try to fix some things like team 7 relationship now that they are adults. I have a hope inside me that Hinata wont be that featured in part 3.
I wouldn't keep my fingers crossed for a resurgence in Team 7's bond. The old cast of characters is being put aside for the grab bag munchkins - at best they'll play supplementary roles to help reinforce the status of the "new generation".
Naruto's role is questionable at best, depending on which way Junko's state of mind takes her. Although it's appearing more and more like Sasuke will be featured prominently as a secondary interest in the next film.

Shintaro and Ayano. <3 Ayano's life is sad and the red scarf is her trademark. She already had it ever since she was a child. I also adore Kido and Seto too. The anime is rather confusing though. They left out some important things.
Yeah... But the ending was the worst part. Shintaro <3 that hikikomori sassy guy.
Favorite song
(Mary's song and Azami's song too)
It made me tear up a little the first time, lol. Maybe because of the situation.

I'm not being in denial. I acknowledge that they are indeed Naruto AND Sakura. I just think they don't deserve a name since they're only slaves/pairing fodder unworthy of having a name.
Still. Lol. I know that's them, but hey, brain transfer exist in any universe, so there's that.

I have a question. The below post is reblogged and liked a lot in tumblr among the NARUTO fandom including lots of SN/NS/NH/SS.
Is this supposed to be a heartfelt conversation between Hinata's kittenboy and Boruto?
"Bolt: I just wanted you to notice me.
Naruto: That's so cute. YOU KNOW BACK IN MY DAY WE DIDN'T HAVE DADS!"

In a manner of speaking, yes. The spawn is opening his heart to the seed giver by expressing the emotional turmoil he feels inside. Beneath his comical brazen exterior is a child crying out for attention. It just so happens that when it tries to confide in the source of its pain, the only responce is a reprimand for not enduring it silently, which is a contrast to the seed giver's own rebellious nature when it was child.
The underlying context of the whole scene is to show how detached and unwanting Naruto has become. He's become the very thing he once fought so hard to repudiate.
