wtf? I think they are reading a fan made manga of Naruto, where Sasuke is the protagonist.

So I re-read chapter 459 and I just don't know but in this scene it looks like kishi through shikamaru is saying that sakura's parents would get revenge if sakura was killed, right. Then it hit me, sakura's parents may be ninja even though kishi said she was an ordinary girl and that maybe (if it's true) she would get some kind of training from her dad or mom. It's just what I thought.

Yeah I know about Sakura's mom but I don't know about her dad, I thought it he got killed when the Kyuubi attacked the village. But anyway Kishi won't waste his time drawing Sakura's parents since they are just the most unimportant characters in the manga, there aren't worthy to waste a panel on them according to Kishi that is.

Well they were never seen but it doesn't mean that they are unimportant but I think that someday we would get to see how they look like and their names and maybe kishi is planing something for when she gets her own arc, if she gets it.

She has a ninja clan symbol, so yes her family are ninja, just not of any consequence. Thus in Konoha she would be an ordinary girl- the majority of ninja are not from strong clans like Aburame, Nara, Inuzuka, Yamanaka or Akamichi, Sarutobi, or elite clans like Hyuuga, Uchiha or Senju.

Sakura's clan is likely a quite low ranked ninja clan considering how she was treated by the other girls in the Academy. My speculation is she had some skilled ninja ancestors- thus earning a clan symbol, but for generations her clan hasn't had anyone above Chunnin level. But the Haruno clan- when the skill level manifested itself were defensive genjutsu users- which Sakura showed even without training, and why she manifested "Inner Sakura", something even Ino wasn't aware of until they fought each other in the Chunnin exams. Sakura was also unaffected by Kabuto's sleep jutsu without even consciously sensing it, and in part 2 she was unaffected by the Itachi clone's genjutsu when even Kakashi started to be affected by it.

Pff.. Who knows? They might have good chakra control like Kakashi pointed out Sakura does because they don't have any special power as far as I can see, oh I saw a bunch of Haruno clan members when Naruto returned to the village after the Nagato talk, I swear! Go look at the crowd, there's Haruno symbol was everywhere xD

Haa.. I'm still so curious about her family, one of the main characters and we truely don't know that much about her personal life/what her parents do/anything special about them/etc...

We know a LOT more about Naruto and Sasuke's family, and there not even alive D: (Well, we still don't know if there's any Uzumaki's or not )

I also imagine Sakura's parents both her father and mother have pink hair it must be like a bloodline that all members of the Haruno clan have pink hair.

Actually, from what I've seen they mostly have black and brown hair. I think sakura is just the misfit or her parents have red hair.

actually im pretty sure sakuras hari is unique jsut like the character herself is.

her parents reaction to Naruto quite honestly as far as I could tell would be positive to at absolute worse slightly cautious. but as long as Sakura was happy they would support her decision to be with naruto.

I honestly have always despised the biased and quite frankly ooc depictions of Sakuras parents in most fan fictions. theyre usualy depicted as demon hating bigots who forced sakura to chase after sasuke and told ehr ot stay away from the demon.

which is patently untrue as Sakura didnt even learn of the kyubi untill part 2.

What are you talking about Shippu-chan? no one from Sakura's parents have appeared in the manga and neither does the anime, I think her mother's voice but she wasn't shown I believe it was back at ep 3 from the old series.

In the background of the anime once, there was a guy with a ponytail with the Haruno symbol and had medium brown hair and wore dark green; I remembered perfectly xD

In the Manga with the Naruto vs. Pein fight after in 450 when they all said "Naruto you're a hero!" "Welcome back!" there were 3 or 5 people wearing the Haruno symbol. :] I just checked.
