For Sakura I always thought she was both girly and a tomboy, cause when she kicks ass, she seems rough and tough, but when we see her in her casual outfit and more calm, she seems quite feminine. In terms of the outfit, I like that it gives off maturity, instead of like how Ino's outfit was just like her part two one, with a longer skirt. Though, I'm not too fond of her belly showing, since it wasn't really Sakura's style. But the fact that she takes after her mentor in terms of heels and pants, was how I expected her to dress. For her boobs, I always thought she would be roughly Kushina's size, to where you can see her curves, but they're not out there. In the family pic, Sakura's size is as big as Ino's.
I don't mind her design, but I would tweak it a bit.
I thought Kishi designed it? Who knows if they will change her look by part three, but I wouldn't be surprised.( those kittens refuse to animate Sakura's bangs properly after all.)
I partially agree with you , but that's the thing her casual outfit weren't exposing her to much but there is nothing in here of Sakura's style or that speaks Sakura I don't mind the heals but then again she never was a heals person or putting lipstick or any of that kitten it comes of Sakura being striped of and has no originality to her design that's why imo this image seems wrong bc its something she's not or ever was . Her design in the Last by Kishimoto was fitting her the most but it gets rob by the Boob Goddess 
Yes I would tweak it also but that only means that they really did a poor job at portraying her character instead they try to appeal to the otakus .
