So were there any NS youtubers as popular as Double4anime, Fornerworld, or Sawyer7mage? There's clearly some influence in youtuber video reviewers given that Kishi actually admitted to watching Sawyer

I think there are no NS youtuber as popular as them.

Back in the day (I sound like an old man ) when I used to watch reviewers or videos on YouTube about Naruto, I didn't find any NS reviewer that's popular. So my answer to you would be no. But you also have to understand why those reviewers go for what's popular.
