Yeah Mashima doesn't screw with his fanbase like Kishi does, he actually develops the pairings he plans, he doesn't try to decieve them by pointing them in one direction then another, he decides the pairing and sticks with it, If you don't like Erza/Jellal tough, it's his story and that's the pairing you are getting. I like that about Mashima.

 

Wait I just realised that the LuNa could mean Nami/Luffy in which case I'm going to burst your bubble, Oda said it years ago, the pairings are non existant in the manga, he's not hinted at LuNa, or ZoRo pairings since Robins Rescue mission. So if you put your faith in Oda you could find yourself dissapointed, I can understand why you'd ship LuNa, the scene where he stop Nami from stabbing her shoulder and how he climbed up a cliff to save her....were amazing.

I'm just in disbelief at how out of the blue and nonsensical some these relationships are. Who expected Choji and Karui to become an item, let alone have children? This isn't just NH/SS, it's everything that this manga stood for and what semblance of a cohesive plot that was maintained being cast to the wayside to support this abomination of a final ending. 

 

Like other people have said, I hope Naruto can at least get closure for his feelings about Sakura before he's forced to swerve around and rocket himself over to the oppai character on the opposite end of the spectrum. My mind is telling me not to even look at anything past Naruto and Sakura's conversation because of what will come next.

Wasn't a fan of Sasuke. Thought he was kinda cool at the start of part 1, then disliked him. Turned to annoyance, then when I thought he was turning out okay, he decides to get with Sakura even though he said he didn't like her. Urgh!

 

Wasn't a fan of Sakura at the start. She was pretty rude to Naruto. Then she grew on me further to the point where I wanted to see NS, then my opinion of her fell at little at 693 and now, no respect for her character. Really, none.

 

Surprisingly, wasn't a fan of Hinata. She didn't grow on me at all. But now, I regard her better than Sakura.

 

As for Naruto. I got nothing.

Yeah lol, said this before but that's the reason why I stopped watching it. Knew that Natsu x Erza wouldn't happen. I don't know why, but I seem to gravitate to the more unpopular pairings

 

So I wasn't the only one that liked the idea of Natsu/Erza? Though if i'm honest my favourite pairing for Erza is Naruto, but that's a crossover we'd never see.
