Romantically. But they never got together. Because Banana. And don't forget, it was just a "rivaly thing" between him and Sasuke ... allthough Sasuke was never interested in Sakura in the first place, but endet up marrying her because ... well ... guess there was no one left STUPID enough to marry a mass murderer.
