Do we have anything actually concrete in terms of the new movie? (more then just pairings) or is it all pretty much speculation at this point? 

 

Naruto's an adult, he's still not hokage, he may or may not have a job at the ramen shop for whatever reason and this movie (according to the teasers) may or may not lead into one final story arc.

Ik it is. I really hope the idea of this is canon. Sakura having a ring in a next update will be huge news.

Something is irritating me though...

 

We saw that naruto and sakura have battle clothes, meaning that they are going to fight....probably a new villain.

BUT, how can there be a villain that is a treat to naruto!?

The villain must be at least Madara-level to be dangerous for naruto,

since he has fought against (Juubi)Madara and Kaguya who are much stronger than normal Madara..

 

And there arent lots of people known to be even a match for (normal) Madara..

what do you think??

Oh wow, I didn't think of that. Coincidence? I think NOT! Just kidding, but you know, what's with the order? I mean where's Ino? Where's Kankuro? Why like this? Feels like priority more than anything else.

i don't think that this movie will involves a great enemy for naruto... i think it will be a kinda like a slice of life theme...

Choji was there too.

 

I can picture Gaara being married, he doesn't seem to be constantly dissatisfied with women like Sasuke has and from what we've seen he's really popular with the ladies so its very possible if Itachi had somoene I think its more than possible for Gaara to have someone as well. 

 

Also i'm kind of slightly hoping Gaara's dream in the IT to be a little bit of foreshadowing with his son going off to play with Shinachiku. It'd be nice because it would show the next generation getting the lives the current generation always wanted (like Shinachiku having parents whereas Naruto was completely alone)

Unlikely. The only way for the people in IT to get free is for Sasuke to cooperate with Naruto, as we see in the movie they are free so Sasuke at the time of this movie is either alive and good or dead. Either way I dont think this fight is setting up for the movie, Sasuke isn't just gonna pull yet another heel turn in the future is he? Nah this Ashura/Indra stuff needs to end now.

Yes but we see Gaara's alive so we know that for whatever reason he gives in to Naruto's request which means either they reach a truce or Naruto finally knocks some sense into him 

 

And they're wearing their gear because well that's their uniform, they still have duties as shinobis to save and escort travellers while fighting off monsters, bandits and raccoons n kitten.

Well, time will tell. We feel certain but we can be wrong. For a slice of life, sure have a dark narrator for it. Somehow, it tells me we should expect more than happy life.

Oh, I thought she only existed in the anime. Good to know she has some kind of relevance outside of the show.
