I like this kind of topic 
I for one don't gauge people on how powerful they are .... like oh who could blow a planet or universe , that's not the way i see power/strength. First of Ichigo try his hard to RESIST his hollow power , hes not just give in to anger and easy power. In my opinion THAT IS POWER , the power of WILL TO RESIST dark power. Unlike Naruto who can easily say "HEY YOU DUMB FOX GIVE ME YOUR POWER" , Naruto is easily give in to power to his anger. He doesn't understand until sometime after being told by Yamato and Jiraya the damage he cause when he goes berserk , he easily tempted using "The Fast Way" , which is for me it's weird because how he said "There's no shortcut to become hokage" to Konohamaru. Ichigo understand well that if he goes berserk and his hollow power take over it could bring harm to his allies. That is where i think Ichigo win , he has real willpower , where Naruto easily given in.
Also i think Ichigo have better resolve / reasoning why he needs power , he wants to protect the people he love , his family , and his friends , he lose his mother because of hollow. Naruto wants power because he wants to be acknowledge , he wants to become hokage because it's famous , basically he just wants attention. Here Ichigo win again.
The person that Ichigo wants to save : Rukia and Inoue.
The person that Naruto wants to save ??? : UCHIHA SASUKE 
for the entire 700 chapter ....

3 - 0 , Ichigo wins. In my opinion , raw power doesn't truly matter , what matter is , their reason to fight why they want power , and the will to resist dark power and easy power up.
And power is only useful if you know how to use it. If you can refine it, to which Naruto really doesn't, you can make precision strokes that arer more devestating than all around explosions. He has a hard time refining techniques and learning new ones.
I agree with what you typed. From what little I have seen, Ichigo has two things working for him.
1. He is supernatural or at least has supernatural abilities that I don't think chakra can affect because chakra is more natural energy rather than otherworldly. Kind of like Greeks god vs Christain gods. (Also see, Kratos vs Spawn)
2. Ichigo is stubborn...I mean, as stubborn as Guts in Beserker. They can be bruised, broken, mortally wounded, ripped apart and yet somehow still come back for more. Naruto seems to be a little squishier than that. At least I think so.
The only thing I have a fear of with Naruto is the sage mode abilities giving him reactions times much faster. You see, speed can be beaten by simply high reaction time like how Naruto beat A, but as I said...Ichigo has went through worse.
I don't know. I want Ichigo to win simply because of his much higher skill, but Naruto has some nifty ways to change it around. How would Ichigo react to say the sexy no jutsu or would you think he would be straight forward about it and just think "This doesn't distract me."
I will say this. If Naruto fights like his old self with the unpredicatabilities he might have a chance, but if Ichigo is more refined in that he doesn't get distracted or pulls out all stops with his will to win being greater like Guts...then Ichigo will win no matter what he faces.

I haven't read bleach in a while either. Not all in bleach are shinigamis, like the guy with the glasses or the darkskinned guy. So if they can fight shinigamis, which I believe they do, then Naruto should be able to as well. Either way if he has no defense against shinigami powers they probably wouldn't be up for a death battle as it would be unfair.
I get that, but again, their powers were supernatural...not chakra based, I think. And didn't the Quincys get just rekt by the Shinigami? I remember that they mentioned like 200 years ago, the Shinigami slaughtered the Quincy to prevent the destruction of the world. Plus it didn't sound like it was much of a fight seeing how the Quincy need a lot of boost just to compete at all. At least from the way I am reading it. I could be wrong.
I am having a hard time distuinguishing Chakra and Ki vs....whatever you call Ichigo is using. They describe it as Willpower manifesting as spiritual power...which I don't know if the same thing or not. It is not really defined.
Anyay, if Ichigo willpower is greater than Naruto's will of fire...the maybe he will win
