On Manga Stream it said that the next issue of One Piece will mark the HALFWAY POINT OF THE STORY. AND THAT'S AT, LIKE, CHAPTER 600. OMG 1,200 chapters?! That's 10 more years of One Piece! This is why I don't read One Piece; it's too much of a commitment. So for all you guys who read this manga do you really and truly think you'll still be reading this 10 years from now?

Yeah, exactly why I dropped it in the first place. The only reason why I went back to reading it is because people were hyping it so much, I had to reread it again for myself. I figured that OP was just basically a story with one-shot adventures while the grand scheme of things were going nowhere.

Luffy doesn't look much different to what he looked like 2 years ago, apart from the scar, same with Chopper oh yeah and Brook probably wasn't going to change much either. Everyone else have some noticable changes.

Robin looks great as always, and well I think I prefer Nami with shorter hair, maybe it will grow on me, but she looks great as always.

I'm surprised about Ussopp and Zoro, Ussopp build looks a bit like Ace, and Zory resembles Shanks too much in my opinion with his arm cut off and the scar over his eye. just screams Shanks to me.

I cant wait for the chapter, i'm happy the spoilers came out so early, second half of this manga has finally started, (Can't beleive I'm saying second half just started after it's been running for 13 years.)

Awesome, i can tell the whole crew got older except Brook of course. XD Nami looks even hotter. Can't wait fof the crew to get back together.

On a side note, PLEASE!! People if your going to talk negative about this manga then can you please respectfully not post it in here?

Are you referring to my post? If so, then I absolutely meant no negativity; I was just stating that 1,200 chapters is a lot.

Looks like we see everyone but Zoro this part, could it be because of the debate of whether he's lost his left arm or not? Oda wants to prolong the suspense, though in my opinion it definitely looks like he's lost his left arm, but Oda could have been deliberate in his drawing to make it appear like that.

Robin looks hot with the new look, Nami looks great but Robin has gone to a whole new level.

Those fake Straw hats are going to need a change of underwear very soon it would appear, what better way to tell the world you are back than destroying the wannabees? Can't wait.

All in all though these spoilers just make me more anticipated for next weeks chapter, or 600.

I have to agree with newkerz here. Look Uzumikage, everyone here have the right to state their mind here about the manga, being positive or not, Newkerz just state his opinion and didn't say anything offensive either, so you can't just go around saying what people should say, as long as is not flaming, you have to let he say what he thinks.

Everyone has their opinion, aslong as they don't bash the manga I don't think it's against the rules. So Newkerz I was a bit confused by your statement, were you saying your initial opinion was you thought it was a manga filled with one shot manga adventures, that wasn't going anywhere, or is that still your opinion?

I'd personally always thought the Manga was two tier, on one side you could read each arc as a seperate self contained story, but each arc contained plots, twist and charactors that lead to the main story and that is of Lufy and his crew obtaining the one piece and changing the world along the way. It's like the Harry Potter books, you could reach most of them as stanalones if you wanted but they were all interlinked and contributed to the main plot.

I just can't believe that OP is going into the halfway of the story after almost 600 chapters if this is true then Oda seems to break the record for longest manga in history. He will continue writing his manga even after Kishi finished Naruto and Kubo finished writing Bleach.

As long as OP continues to sale great and stay awesome i don't see why Oda wouldn't keep it going.

Both. While Rowling did do it the same way Oda did, At least Rowling knew EXACTLY how she was going to end it. While here, Oda doesn't even seem to know what he wants to do with the main plot. With 600 chapters, you'd think huge revelations about OP would be revealed. Or even about the WG. TBH, Oda's just as bad as Kishi. Kishi has created plotholes, yes. But some of those plotholes are slowly being explained one step of the way to the finish line. As for the Madara giving Rinnegan to Nagato, PUH-LEAZE. That's just one of Madara's mind games. So don't be fooled. As for Oda, the good thing is, each arc are fun and epic but the thing is, the fights are getting even more dragged out lately, which is boring IMO. Plus, Oda always creates plot twists in each arc, which is fun. But the problem is his arcs are stand-alones so it's easy to see that Oda doesn't know where he's going with the grand scheme of things. I think he's doing these arcs just for the hell of it without a care in the world about the REAL plot.

As for Robin's flashback about WG, nope, not much of a plot revelation really. After that revelation, you'd think MORE about WG would be revealed but NOOOO.....Oda pulls in TB arc which was, BTW, really dragged out IMO. And don't even say anything about Ace. Yes, him being Roger's son was a major surprise but it contributed NOTHING to the main plot about OP, Poneglyph, or even WG.

If after this timeskip we don't get ANYTHING contributive to the main plot, I'm going to drop this manga again.

TBH, this is exactly why I don't like OP fans hyping it so much. It's basically the same as DBZ with anything barely constructive to the plot. Basically, OP fans are just as bad as Naruto fans. Hell, the hype over OP to me seems to be even worse than Naruto.

Hmm seeing the colored poster in the beginning zoro hasn't lost his arm so this spoiler was false... He has one eye closed though.
Everyone looks so more awesome now compared to before. Especially Nami and Robin.
I hope that the Fake straw hats get beaten up so hard specially the fat guy they are so annoying><.
I wish the chapter was a little bigger though since OP was on a break for a month.
I can't wait for next weeks chapter!.
