This, I agree with you. I just don't care much for the pairing anymore. So yeah, at this point I want Kishi to troll everybody.

I still want NS to be canon at the ending, anyway the Naruto's birthday gives the hint of open pairing.
My problem is that Sakura is not appealing as a main heroine.

Well going by Yamato's train of thought, the size and scope of Sakura's contributions isn't the important aspect, it's the loyalty and concern she expresses to Naruto that is. Whether this is a reflection of Kishi's own sentiments regarding her character, I don't know, but I think it's fairly obvious that Sakura doesn't exactly fit the ideal model of a heroine in many fans' eyes (for better or worse). But part of the reason for this could be related to the fact that Kishi has oversaturated his manga with more characters than he can properly write for. It divides his attention and as a result, he has to cut corners with some of them. Sakura happens to have the short of the end stick usually (next to her teammates).

her lack of screentime or the lack of attention from Kishi is the fact she's not related to the main plot of the manga which is hatred and the lack of a strong personal ambition.
When she was introduced she's a common girl however she didnt had any ambition other than be with Sasuke as the story progressed she wants to protect both Naruto and Sasuke and comes with the fact she wants to do her best for Naruto.
But those are Sakura's motivations.

She's unable to understand Naruto or Sasuke motivations and always gets behind them, i would say Kakashi is more relevant to the plot and the story than her.

One example is the scene where Sasuke came back saying he wants to be hokage, Sakura and the others were like WTF, but Naruto understood what Sasuke meant and he was like aware of it.
Now both of them understood hatred and the shinobi world in a way but Sakura despite being the main heroine is not involved into it, and Kakashi is part of this subplot.

I havve always wondered if Kabuto "harvested" any information or kyuubi chakra from that wound. It was such a suspicious move by Kabuto, healing Sakura for the really weak reason of wanting them to find out more about the Akatsuki.

for me sakura is kind of "special" type heroine which is a "bland" shoujo type heroine . while I understand your frustation, I don't feel the same thing toward sakura.

 

unlike hero (or anti hero) who has a set of type. heroine has more type, from cute, kind, insert-dere to the capable type heroine.

sakura is in more bland heroine who evolve through the manga. the other character who has the same type of sakura is maka from souleater and the fuu from samurai champloo.

 

while her status as a important character is the third or fourth after naruto(1st), sasuke(2nd), and/or kakashi(3rd/4th).

and tbh this is what I expect from reading a battle manga who has a rivality in the trio group.

in order for her to become more relateable to the plot, she need to become a lead character herself(like maka from souleater).

I think Kabuto stated that having Konoha pick off another member or two of akatsuki would be "convenient". I don't think there was any other veiled meaning in that. Konoha was the lesser of two evils in Kabuto's scenario. but you guys may be right. Besides Itachi, Kabuto is one person with a mind like a chess master

I dont know how narutos birthday gives any hint of open ending. Especially after 631 theres as good as no possibilty for an open ending just sayin....

This's just a thought, not a sure thing...  Many japanese people are unable to receive the latest issue of Jump this week (the one with Naruto chapter 664) due to the snowstorms that are storming around the Japan in recent weeks. A lot of Jumps have not yet been able to reach those mostly severly affected areas. On 2ch they're wondering if there will be delays in this week, starting withe spoilers tomorrow. But this is just a my mental trip. Even though many of the affected areas hasn't still received the latest issue of Jump, this doesn't mean that in those areas not affected by the bad weather the new issue of Jump won't come.

I'm not frustated, i just think Sakura doesnt not live up for the main heroine status and that's all.
She started as bland like you pointed out, but she started on two pillars, "No Objective", "No power".
While she got the "power" she doesnt have any objective.
She's the only character on the main lead who doesnt have a dream, you may say that she wants to see Naruto being kage but i'm talking about personal ambitions.
Like "Change the world", "become kage", surpass "Tsunade" and etc...
She simply doesnt managed to become part of the situation when Naruto and Sasuke clashs it's seems that she's not even part of the team 7.

I had a similar change. Pairings used to be a big deal to me, but at some point I shifted to simply wanting a solid story. Pairings are a component of that, but at this point it's limited to that for me.

I don't know that he could troll without sacrificing story quality. He has dipped into that well too many times not to resolve it conclusively, but the idea is entertaining nonetheless. Naruto and Sakura dash toward each other like a cheesy romance movie, ready to make out only to suddenly stop, shake hands on a job well done. And then Sasuke and Hinata join in for a collective "go team" hand gesture. The End.

The collective fanseizure would be a glorious sight.

Saw that. It's probably just another prediction. Plus, I doubt Sasuke's situation won't be focused on at all.

Well if I'm not mistaken they manage to get Yin Kurama back.

Minato teleports everyone to another place and then looks at Sakura performing CPR to Naruto. 

He is amazed about how she is determined to keep him alive and then  he remembers their first encounter and how she resembles Kushina.

In the spirit world( I believe it's referring to the one where he usually meets Kurama) Yin Kurama also states that she is similar to Kushina.

Minato performs a seal: A new Kyuubi poured inside Naruto.

It's called "Sakura and Kushina." I didn't look at the stuff that didn't have to do with Sakura. But there's stuff about Sakura continuing to give Naruto CPR, and I think Minato remembers when Sakura headbutted Naruto, telling him to save his energy or whatever. And then I think Yin Kurama comments that Sakura is very similar to Kushina, and Minato is all, "you think so, too?"

Eh... It looks like a legitimate Japanese blog and apparently the Japanese isn't broken, but it's way too early for a legit spoiler, so I wouldn't believe it.
