not sure about Sakura appearing any time soon but it's possible that Sasuke will "betray" Naruto in the next chapters. But also the eyes closed could indicate something else. Hope the chapter will clarify... this spoilers never tell you something, I liked the Chinese one the entire chapter released.

I think Sasuke won't be by any chance "sad" about Naruto's growth, maybe mad or possibly jealous I guess. Google translations are not very reliable not to mention it's not a confirmed spoiler yet.

I think the same, on the series so far i only see him jealous.
