I remember clearly that the "don't let go of that hand" was just a side text created by the editor to add more drama to the chapter. I happened to come across the raw version of Volume 64 (which has 615) in a storage room for donations and that side text was completely taken out for the volume release.

 

I'm pretty sure someone mentioned before that those random texts are always taken out in volumes because their only purpose is to help keep up the excitement of the weekly releases of the magazine thus making people keep buying the weekly shonen jump instead of waiting for the volume releases. of their favorite manga.

That was the preview of the chapter in which Sasuke meets Karin if I recall. I guess the editor back then might've thought of SasuKarin as a dark version of NaruSaku.

I think that pretty much next chapter is mostly TnJ. Naruto can go on and on with his TnJ and very possible with some flashback panels, or something new Kishi can add this time like someone else can join the TnJ or anything else.

Tobi might reject Naruto's offer of redemption. If so, what is the reason for it? Two possible explanations stick out to me the most. He will either continue on his current path under the notion that he has worked too hard for all of his efforts to go to waste or he'll resume his role of villainy as a guise to further assess Naruto's resolve, as he believed himself to be doing these last few chapters. 

 

There may be an update as to how the Alliance is doing in their efforts to extract the bijuu from Tobi's body. Perhaps with some panels of the Rookies, the Kages, or Bee being included as they react to the situation as it continues progressing.

I predict that everyone, or at least Naruto, Minato, and possibly the other Kages, will gather around Tobi to assess how he's doing as he laments his failed dreams. Naruto could make a statement about how his conflict is finished. Some of the Alliance forces may demand that he be killed for the carnage he's responsible in bringing about. If so, Naruto will object to the outcry and explain that Tobi can better atone for his crimes if he lives.

There will be an update on how the newly redivided bijuu are doing. Possibly with some conversation amongst them about how Naruto is indeed the Sage's successor and that he was able to achieve the impossible.

Madara could very likely make an appearance since the jinchuuriki prospect in his plans have now been tarnished. We may see his reaction to the newly devolved situation.
