Wasn't Sakura a weakling at the beginning too only to steadily get strong because of Naruto? And unlike Hinata, didn't we actually see this progression on screen?

But...but...it was NEVER Sakura! It was ALWAYS because of someone else! Like...like...she didn't do ANYTHING against Sasori! That was ALL Chiyo! And...and...she was so USELESS against Pein and during the war! But Hinata-hime was SO strong and...and...her bewbs are so-I MEAN she saved so many people! And...and...I wanna *censored* -I MEAN-!!!!

Speaking of Sakura vs. Sasori, I still wish we could have seen more of THIS Sakura throughout the manga... 
I also believe in the original plans, Sakura was probably the one who was supposed to fight Pain for Naruto and eventually get striked down since that's actually something that would break Naruto's very soul to the point of going full rage mode. I mean it felt weird to just see her there sitting doing nothing. Besides, that scene in Road to Ninja greatly parallels that if you remember...

I think they don't show Naruto and Sakura together cause it would add to the obvious picture that they're more compatible and warm for each other than Naruto and Hinata. Also, possibly cause they don't care much about Sakura.
That;s what I thought, and honestly a lot of members here AGREE

If that actually happens, I will take back everything bad I said about Boruto.
Thing is she spent the last 300 years being toutred her body is a tad mutated she still looks 16 years old and the only way to kill her is lava or the sun.
She would kill Sasuke while having fits of giggles saying. "Oh I wish I had done that 300 years ago." Yeah her mind is a little gone as it would get very very dark, she even cuts off Boruto's head in the end, with her mutated arm.

That's true hence why I came up with the idea she was too tired after saving his ass after all so before they headed Back Obito had passed out Sasuke stabbed Sakura and then he created a fake clone of her but didn't get everything just the base of her, which left the real Sakura in the dimmension she was in with Obito.
