Orochimaru was about to summon the fourth. But the fourth did that forbidden Jutsu, so his soul is sealed for good. That means Minato can't be revived at all. I mean maybe it would make sense if they didn't say that those who got sealed can't be revived. So...what?

I think it justifiable, when oro summon the third casket sarutobi do something to prevent it and it can't be summoned. Sarutobi questioning himself if he succeed to prevent the third casket.
When the casket reveal to be first and second hokage, we can make assumption that the third casket is fourth hokage. After that sarutobi perform dead god seal and comment about it as hero jutsu and when we see how it work, we come to the conclusion that fourth can't be summon because he sealed in dead god stomach.

I am judging you already It's understandable actually, I secretly ship Ragna and Tsubaki because I feel it would have similar dynamic that NaruSaku has but it's a crack ship. A girl can dream right?

But for 2, it make you questioning what did he learn in his training with jiraiya. If naruto is in the halfway to finish it and need kakashi assistant then it would be more believable. Kage bushin memory transfer is op.

Actually, I was thinking and then went back and then went "Wait a minute..." One of those curious of me. That said it's confusing because they made it seem like he has become Hokage at a very young age. But then later on, we have a flashback different timeline. Not to mention, First Hokage was there. So...Which is it?
