We'll never really understand why lol. But I was reading through it and the whole bit on character derailment to the Relationship Sue's love interest and if their love interest already has another love interest bringing more character derailment fit what happened in this ending and movie.

 

Hinata basically gave character derailment to Sakura and Naruto by the way NH was set up to become canon. That's why she's also a Relationship Sue.

But she barely was in 20 chapters of actuall story, there is no sense in it...

Sighs. That person seems to care much more about the characters' appearance than the suckish ending itself. Who would give a damn if their daughter didn't look like Karin and Sakura's parents were beautiful? The ending would suck anyway.

I was just surfing tvtropes. Remember when someone here said once Hinata is a Mary Sue? Well add Relationship Sue in there too.

Why does everyone say that Hinata AND Sasuke ruined the manga?

 

Hinata: No doubts! She's the reason why the manga's turned into a cheesy shoujo! -_-

Look at 699, and try to say who is Main Hero there, because Naruto got like 1.5 lines in the end of his story, cool, huh?

hinata was just a poor pawn in all of this. the person who actually ruined this series is kishi and no one else. it's really that simple.

For me, it's because the story had to changed to make her important in Naruto's life, the last has everyone acting completely different and Naruto' character took the fall, I believe he took the most damage :/ Sasuke, I don't blame much because he's a main character but I understand the hate and why SS don't go well together

With Sasuke it's not about the pairings. It's about the fact that Kishi had no clue what to do with him after Itachi's death.

Because that's where Sasuke's storyline ended and he became irrelevant. He became nothing more than Naruto lost pet.

And thus we have a mess of a character that really had no reason to exist in the story anymore and the writer needed to keep him relevant over the years. For example including Sasuke in the child of prophecy thing that was only about Naruto but Kishi needed to keep Sasuke relevant so Sasuke ended up being part of that nonsense as well.

Or having Sasuke declare that he will be Hokage.

 

Also the fact that Naruto kept chasing after Sasuke the entire part 2 for no real reason. Sasuke made it very clear to him and Sakura that all he wants is to be left alone. And Naruto kept pining over Sasuke for so many years annoyed people.

Not really, Sasuke's revenge had some logic behind it, but after killing Danzo - Sasuke lost any real reason to do anything.
