Well when i used google translator..i found the result as follows:
"Yes, this beauty is Sakura...Her womanhood is increased..Naruto (kito) must be......"


I dunno whether this is right/appropriate or that?? :unsure:

At any rate the narrator's words are still kind of confusing.

 

Naruto must be what? dating her? Why must he be dating her just because she's more attractive?

liking her? well we already knew that

If pro-NS then maybe
"...Naruto must have driven crazy on her..." or
"...Naruto must be the reason" or
"...Naruto must be impressed"

If not...then i dunno :unsure:

I think I'm finally starting to understand why he always says that the NS and SS moments are up for interpretation.

It kind of makes me wonder what Sakura was feeling when she was healing Hinata.

 

I wouldn't say she was jealous but she didn't look too thrilled, that Hinata was in love with Naruto, I guess the first thought that cam einto my mind was that she was sympathizing with her. But still can't exactly say that was an NS hint or not.

I wouldn't say she was jealous but she didn't look too thrilled, that Hinata was in love with Naruto, I guess the first thought that cam einto my mind was that she was sympathizing with her. But still can't exactly say that was an NS hint or not. 

 

There was a hint of sadness, upon realizing that Hinata loves Naruto. I wouldn't call it jealousy, and she obviously wanted to heal Hinata, but, as you said, she wasn't too thrilled. If she didn't feel that way about Naruto, even if it's at a subconscious level, she wouldn't be so affected; while saying that she implicitly perceived Hinata to be a threat to her own feelings is a bit too extreme, there's still a realization there that the guy she likes has been helped by another girl who has feelings for him. While the thought wasn't made with the idea that she has competition, it kind of does feel like a piece of you is being trampled on. Maybe it's a bit of fear that she'd lose him?

Well it didn't have her rooting for Hinata to go with Naruto, that's for sure.
