I'm really curious about what the relationship between Bolt and Hinata is. Like, they haven't given an ounce of interaction between those two. I'm sure he probably doesn't hate her like he does Naruto, but I do want to know what he thinks about her.

I'm sure he at least respects her since his main issue is with his dad. Based on the artwork, I assume that Hinata is a loving mom who cooks for him three times a day and tucks him in at night

Idk, deny it all you want but as far as I'm concerned Naruto has no issue with the family he's with now. Yeah he was genjutsu-ed into it but it's not like he's not with Hinata anymore. He could have easily turned away from her 13 years ago but didn't. Until proven otherwise, he's happy with his Naruhina fairy tale. We can critique the issues with NH all we want but that doesn't change the fact that in-universe, Naruto is apparently happy.  

 

We've barely seen Sasuke in manga or in official artwork. We have no clue what's going on with him right now. But what we do know is that Hinata and Naruto are together and Naruto is busy being hokage- his life dream. Sasuke never reached his life dream- to change Konoha and "revive"-bring honor to his clan. 

I can see plenty of issues with that picture  and the first thing is awkward as kitten and I don't see any happiness in here I see Naruto pissed at his son and Hinata just standing there like a statue . And how do you know he's happy was that stated !? bc that's your own interpretation as well . 

 

I'm not denying anything but you're using double standards to victimize Sasuke also . You say Naruto doesn't have an issue  with his life but again for Sasuke you use different standards , neither does Sasuke have any issues he's fine the way he is apparently . And that's not true you've seen plenty of Sasuke artwork N/S kitten remember and even with this spoilers now it all revolves around him.  

 

The only thing Naruto achieved is Hokage in a sh*tty way that's all  what about bringing peace , what about Sakura bc being with Hinata is definitely not something he wanted . If you gonna use retcons for Sasuke then it applies for Naruto also . And if we go by your logic then Sasuke is fine to without those things. But hey Sasuke didn't even get to redeem himself  or pay for his crimes it was all given on a plate and brushed off he's the victim alright   .

lol, from what I've seen in the manga, other than this picture he's never even there lol. It seems that he's always in his office majority of the time lol. I have yet to see a old fashioned Naruto smile since chapter 699.

Never have I once took up for Sasuke. I wasn't even the first to mention him. I just don't see your correlation here. We have physical evidence that Naruto is happy with Hinata. We have the 700.5 chapter. We have The Last. We have official artwork. All of this alludes to the fact that Naruto is happy with Hinata.  

 

But we have no evidence of Sasuke and how he views his own ending. None. He was barely in the Last. We have no mini chapter of him. The only thing we know about him is this: He's never met Sarada, and he's chasing the new Akatsuki. That is all. We don't know if he's happy doing this, we don't know if he's miserable. But we know enough about Naruto to conclude that he has his mistaken fairy tale ending.  I think you heavily misinterpreted me as victimizing Sasuke just because I didn't mention him. But his situation is completely different than Naruto's. 

 

Now with that being said, that does not mean that all of this cannot be criticized. NH still became canon in a questionable way. Boruto is still an issue. Hinata apparently giving up her clan's duties is still an issue. There are still problems with the way NH is handled. But like I've said before, that doesn't change the fact that in canon, Naruto is happy with his horrible outcome.  

 

And if we talk about how unhappy Naruto looks in that picture, then isn't it hypocritical of us to not talk about how unhappy Kushina looks in this one?

The problem is that we have evidence that Naruto isn't happy. He's never home, and he drinks on the job. His first born hates him because he isn't ever around. We don't talk about how Kushina looks unhappy because we have evidence that she's not, while there are plenty of things to suggest Naruto is. If he really loved Hinata and was happy, would he still spend all day away from her, to the extent that her son hates him for it? No.

I don't think his focus on his job means he's unhappy, tbh. He seemed happy during the final scene of the Last. We know he started a family before he became hokage, so I think before he accepted the position, he and his family were truly happy

If he really is truly happy with his life, then I'd have to say Naruto is being a selfish man. Focusing on his job is no excuse if he's going to be neglecting his family and in a lot of ways it's just as bad as what Sasuke is doing.

I agree that it makes him selfish. I think the reason why Kishi is portraying him like this is because he wanted there to be some sort of conflict in Bolt's life that won't be resolved until the movie.

The point I was trying to make was that Naruto being a workaholic doesn't really mean he's unhappy with his marriage with Hinata.

Suit yourself but I don't think I'm being one for that matter just trying to be objective as much as possible.

 

My correlation in here is that you said in your post that Sakura & Sasuke are victims and only Naruto is living his "fairy tale" that's what I meant when I used victimizing him . You see that's what I'm saying how can you say that Sasuke is victimized when you yourself say that we have barely any evidence of him and his thoughts on his current life !? And the fact that you pointed that his goals were retconed by canon but so were Naruto's  being Hokage wasn't everything to him that's what I was pointing out in your argument. And I see your point with the NH being "happy" bc of the "Last & all" but then again it can go both ways now  knowing that Naruto is a workaholic , neglecting his kid bc he's barely home that doesn't scream "happy" ,  and we still haven't seen the full picture & dynamic of the NH family as a whole in canon manga not just "artwork" so its not that clear as you put it out . Also to many things happened and changed between the ending , the last and now this gaiden  and you know how fast Kikitten's writing changes and retconing goes retcon the retcon is his main thing now   .  

 

.As for that picture no I don't think its hypocritical of us to discuss this bc even though its a sh*tty forced parallel the characters are not the same Naruto wasn't strict like Kushina that was not in his character  and the vibe is different knowing what we know about their father/son problems his neglecting and being a workaholic . What I'm trying to say is that this characters just doesn't fit in this parallel given that we know their family issues which MK  didn't have them and that illustration was natural for them .

 

But to be honest I don't know why does all of this even matters bc whether the characters are portrayed and sees themselves having their "happy perfect life or not " is irrelevant bc no matter how you look at it their themes and characters were completely destroyed and nothing can or will change that
