Indeed. Pretty much everyone in the K12 comes from a clan. The only ones that don't are Lee and Tenten, but they both had a strong and clearly defined set of skills when they were first introduced. If anything though, I hope this will be brought up later. Perhaps Sakura will feel like she will never be able to stand on equal ground with Naruto and Sasuke or even be able to surpass Tsunade. How could she? After all, she all come from powerful and respected clans? How could a commoner like her ever compete with that? Then her parents will give her a big motivationel speech and tell her of proud they are of her and then she will remember Naruto's words about how even a "loser" can surpass a genius through hard work and determination.

It probably won't happen though but hey, I can dream, can't I?

Speaking of which, I hope that Sakura will get to do some fighting in this movie. Overall, the movies have all included at least one scene of her being awesome, so I really hope this movie doesn't forget her and judging from the spoilers it doesn't seem like it, so yay.

she'd never had any jealous thing about the other members much the opposite she knows what her role is, she get stronger in comparison to part 1 to help naruto, never to surpass anyone she'd just did it for naruto.

Are you surprised? Seriously you were joking right? I read comments like, Naruto told Hinata to do her best, but he didn't tell Sakura anything to encourage her. Ignoring Sakura most mean true love in NarSak camp.


Others, so much for understanding each other, but when Naruto asked Sakura for a date she told him no rejected two times in a movie, true love for NarSak.

The level of denial on the other side is worse than those Die Hard Movies.

I agree. I heard somewhere in here that AU! Hinata asked Sakura about her relationship with Naruto and she was shocked but no time to answer. Is that true?

The funny thing is this movie proves that Naruto is always Naruto. It's funny how Kishi once again telling us that Sasuke is just not meant to be with Sakura. Her love for him is shallow, as pointed out twice (in manga and now movie). I know Kishi clearly done it on purpose to show what he feels about the characters. Again, NS left in a high note, hence there are people that starts to think that NS is the main pairing. Kishi took the chance to fix up her status by starting off negative and ended it in a positive note.

Well look at what the movie is as a whole. Naruto and Sakura are cast into an alternate universe. While there, they learn to appreciate what they've taken for granted and grow to understand eachother more. Ultimately they have to work together in order to escape. And, after everything is all said and done, it's a secret that they will keep between the 2 of them forever.


Hero + Heroine makes a great combo in this case. Much better then Naruto goes on an adventure saves a random princess and beats the boss. At least this time we get to learn some things we've always wanted to know.

Maybe a AU! Kishi can make it work. Maybe they have been reading AU! Naruto manga. Then again, I think it will last so short. Heck, the main pairing still won't be anything but NS.

Oh just realized there's some other points that makes even the real world in the movie somewhat different from manga canon and also earlier than current storyline...

I was wondering why Naruto was drawn in Pierrot's movie poster like the way he looked at the start of part 2 and why Sakura's hair was as short as it was at the start of part 2 in the movie...

Then there's issue of Naruto's birthday. I'm pretty sure it's not his 17th, but rather his 16th. (As he is only about midway through his 16th year now in the manga). The divergence from manga canon seems to happen right around the time of Jiraiya's death, which appeared to happen right around Naruto's 16th birthday (it's right during this arc and the concurrent Itachi vs Sasuke final battle that the Kyuubi attack switches from having happened 15/16 years ago to 16 years ago. ) Perhaps in that "real world" Jiraiya still died but took down Konan and all the Pains before he died of his injuries- thus Naruto still has Sage training but Konoha isn't destroyed. Perhaps in that real world Sasuke isn't swayed by Madara, doesn't join the Akatsuki and perhaps maybe was even killed by that Madara (if so also likely along with the rest of Hebe) unbeknownst to that real world Naruto and Sakura.

The Pain attack on Konoha happens sometime after Naruto's 16th birthday (he's already 16, remember in chapter 440, when Minato asks him how old he is... The War arc is happening sometime in spring (we know it's past winter as it was during the Kage summit), it's probably around Sakura's 17th birthday and midway through Naruto's 16th year. Kishimoto's poster doesn't have Naruto looking so dramatically younger- but in the manga his face had already started to have noticeably matured by Pain's attack on Konoha, and Sakura's hair was already noticeably longer than it was at the start of part 2- her face was maturing as well. But in this movie Naruto and Sakura retain their start of part 2 looks in most of the images (the exception for Naruto is in the battle scene where he is wearing the 4th's coat- and even there it doesn't look as mature as Naruto's does now in the manga. In the manga Naruto and Sakura's faces are getting really close to what they will look like in the early years of their full adulthood.

In the movie real world I guess the Akatsuki were all defeated before Naruto turned 16.

In all the universe's of Naruto, RtN, Konoha Gakuen Den and canon, Sakura ends up getting closer to Naruto while Sasuke has a tendency to simply not pay attention to her.

Was 4000TMNT inner thought not part of the movie.

Kishi doesn't want to spoil the relationship between and Naruto, to be honest with you this movie is exactly what I wanted minus, Sakura depression because Sasuke was a player, her comment to Naruto and her cherishing that rose. Apart from that I like it, Hinata prove that Sakura and Naruto relationship is not normal, Sakura never commented that she preferred real Sasuke, Naruto bonded with his au parents, Sakura learn the value of having parents, Naruto proves again that he likes Sakura and Sakura proves that Naruto is someone precious to her and she was willing to give her life away to protect him, what more can we ask. I guess everything cannot be perfect.

Kisame was dead and it happened after pain's arc.
So impossible to make a connection between the manga and the movie he just get their personalites when jiraya died and make some differences on their behaviors.

I can understand their disappointment a bit though. The hype for this movie exploded when we started seeing AU Sasuke/Hinata, and it only grew from then on. Not only that, but a lot of the advertisement was centered around everyone getting changed in the AU, so it kinda sucks that one of the biggest draws of the movie only lasts for what seems like the first 30 minutes.
