I looked up to Sakura because I saw a lot of myself in her.

One of the main things too(shocking shocking) I suffered so much for a boy that wasn't even worth it.

& well, there was naruto. Sakura slowly started falling for naruto because he is actually worth it & he geniunly cared for her, respected her, & loved her. I thought: BOY DO I WANT THAT TO HAPPEN TO ME.

So kittening sad it ended with Sakura staying with sasuke.

So apparently...I will forever wait for the boy that made me suffer so much!

Well, I can definitely say I wouldn't continue to crush on a guy after being betrayed by him, and continue to pine after him for four years, and after being treated and talked to in unpleasant ways by him. That's very unrealistic and not representative of a girl's emotions at all.

I don't know any girl who would continue to chase a guy after all of that.

 

Aside from that big flaw, I honestly like Sakura's overall character. I would prefer to pretend that chapters 699 and 700 never happened.

I honestly don't know how an girl would be ok with SS. I still laugh at SS fans calling themselves the "REAL" Sakura fans. Also if you're in a abusive relationship, don't leave them because that would make you a terrible person. Lmao

I don't understand the appeal of SS. I would have been okay with NH if they had had development, but SS seriously has nothing going for it. Guys who are uninterested in you romantically for years don't magically fall in love with you years later. Schoolgirl crushes go nowhere.

 

Naruto's love for Sakura started as a childhood crush, but it developed into something more and the manga shows this very well. NS has something SS doesn't and never will: positive, healthy interaction

Seriously though, Kishi might view love as unconditional. If he really does, he's doing it the wrong way. Instead of fulfilling Naruto's love, he's fulfilling Hinata's and Sakura's (since he says that she loves him 'wholeheartedly'). I don't know if he's trying to show that as long as a woman loves a man for many years, he would reciprocate her feelings or he's trying to show that nice guys always finish last.
